improve fps with -d3d10 and -sm4 when?

These commands are not working atm any know what happened? when i play ark with these commands in launch parameters give me a lot fps more even playing with texture in high the game was very fine. in atlas now i play with everything in low with resolution scale to min is very ugly game for me now. PLZ DEVS HELP at least do some optimization to the game for old graphics.

 

i have a titan first generation and 4930k 16gb ram with these config ark run very nice for pvp but atlas 20fps with resolution scale in islands. open sea i have like 90fps lol .
