Tweet at their official twitter with your issues, the forums aren't public enough

While I haven't been affected by it yet, I see the forums covered in complaints of cheating. While they might be reading these, nobody else is. This is a captive audience made up of people who already play the game. Tweet at them and prospective buyers and maybe even gaming journals will see it. If the cheating is as blatant as people are saying and enough people make a public stink about it it might get fixed faster.

Posting to the forums won't have nearly the same impact due to the audience size. Their twitter makes grandiose statements to draw players in. If said potential player just sees tweets about all the cheating they'll be turned away. Lost revenue = changes.
