I think this is the random ones you see out in the middle of the ocean normally right when you cross over borders into different servers. Those that intersect land wouldnt be a pointless claim. Honestly i think patch v10 is a HUGE step in the right direction for the game. Not because it makes the overall game easier but it balances out several things that were just not right.
