My friends don't see my server

Hello Here I have a problem with my server, first of all it is hosting a dedicated server so it is not under the same ip as my pc, when I go to atlas I find it without worries but my friends they find nothing, when they are dear me however they can find the server. I tried to change the port of "redis" but nothing makes it my friends can't find my server
