2.5 resource rates please make it permanent!!

 Pve and PVP both can lose there ships quite easily to the SOTD and Players - at the normal rate it takes too long to even make a ship. How do you expect people to play on the pvp server if they can't make their ships fast enough to keep up with the rate of destruction? Please makes the 2.5 resource rate permanent! Losing a ship that takes you days to make is a game ending type of frustration.
