Game making me make a new char after Logging out

Spent 2 days working ok, got a sloop all ready to go logged out for for food, when i logged back in its trying to make me make a new character, anyone had this??

cant find a ticket system so dont no what to do 😞 dont realy want to start again had a LVL22 Char..
