Company Membership issues

Has anyone run across an issue on private servers where Companies are not able to add any members?

We have had about 17 people join the server and while you can create Companies, you are stuck at being a Companie of one. 

You are able to send the invitation to your chosen player and they do receive the prompt to join, as well as the ability to accept. However, once they follow through with the prompt to accept, nothing happens.

Yes, I am having this same issue.  I've tried overriding the maximum players allowed in a company, using the same command from Ark, MaxNumberOfPlayersInTribe=<value> under both the game.ini, and defaultgame.ini files in the server config with no luck.

I am not sure why it is not working.  If anyone has a solution to this issue on unofficial servers that would be great to know.
