So, hear me out. This idea will revolutionize this game and breath new life into it(and likely a big fat healthy playerbase). I'm no game dev but seeing as a large percentage of other games have implemented something similar, it really shouldn't be to hard to do for our wonderful dev team. I know, I can hear some you whiny players now "we don't want to be like other games, wah! Atlas is fine the way it is, wah! You should just go play fortnight, wah!" Well suck it up crybabies! If you want a successful game and a heathy playerbase, Atlas is going to need this fresh new concept. "Fresh" and "new" to Atlas ofcourse. Many if not all of the most succesfull games on all platforms impliment this radical idea in some way and 100% owe their place on the gaming podium to it. I know it may just be my opinion, but there is data to support that this will vasty improve all aspects of the game experience for both PvE and PvP. That's the best part! It's for everyone! I'm actually quite surprised the dev team haven't even thought of it yet, thier going to feel so dumb when they realize how this simple idea could have made this game so successful if they had just thought of it and implemented it earlier on. Ready to have your mind blown and change the world of Atlas forever!!??...Fix it. Like, make the fucking game work. Stop focusing effort into shinny bits and bobbles. Fix what is there before adding more broken shit to ignore. I know, I know. The devs have their excuses, "Early access!" "no game is bug free." "I like the heat up poptarts in my underwear.". But the truth of the matter is crashes, piss poor mechanics, lazy workarounds, and gross oversite eventually kill the game for players. Adding more broken content to a game that is dying off mostly because much of it is broken is like buying a lifetime pass to Disney World for a kid with terminal cancer. TL:DR blah blah, the devs are fuckwits and poptarts are better at body temp.

Dear fellow Pathfinders, A new BUFF for ships! Please! "Take me Home": After moving/Sailing for X minutes (10-15minutes maybe), Out of combat (30min without taking damage from enemy/PVP boat), with no enemy players in render distance. You gain the "Take me home" BUFF. This BUFF give you 20% extra Sailing speed. This BUFF is lost if: Enemy player or pvp ship enters render distance / Collision with SOTD or ship takes damage. The wind mechanics are fun and a good dimension to Ship pvp encounters. But lets admit it, when you have to sails hours and hours (i mean its literaly 1h here, 3 hours there when its not 6 hours...) That slow wind or bad wind we are experiencing everyday adds no fun at all to the game (when traveling long disctances), but for PVP encounters its good. This buff could also be stackble: 1st stack after 15min (+20% speed), 2nd stack 30min later (+35%) , 3rd stack (+50%) 45min later if all conditions are maintained for that long (moving/out of combat/ no enemy players in render) for really long travels. +50% maximum at 3 stacks. The numbers are only suggestions and need to be tested, but you get the idea If you like this suggestion or have any idea to improve it please post/ Upvote. See you guys on the Atlas!

Remove target locking from the game!! If you try to use a melee weapon vs a player who is moving, your man basicallly stops in place to make a slow attack, locked on where they were to your client, while your enemy's server side character easily moves away from the spot you got stuck into attacking. Fists are slightly better but still would be a much better asset to the game without target locking I appreciate the effort it took to create target lock functionality, but it makes melee combat worse

What: There are 2 things people use right now: cannons with cannon balls, large cannons with large cannonballs Why: all you need to do is break planks and ships sink, cannons do plenty of damage to sails suggestions: cannon balls should not do splash damage to structures, they are not grenade launchers... that's what a spike shot is bar shots should be the only thing that can do much to sails. Currently a good burst of heavy cannons can completely destroy a sail don't make planks come off completely from cannon balls. instead, weak planks can be pierced, hitting the things inside the boat make cannonballs lose at *least* most of their momentum and damage the moment they touch water dont make loss of planks sink ships, especially top planks that never touch water. This would add to realism too... wooden ships did not sink from cannonballs (hitting water, especially) they sank from getting really messed up, and even then they floated, in wreckage. A ship can start taking on water from having an overall loss of hp, maybe a % of damage to all planks and decks, or possibly just *lower* planks and decks. Losing a ship from 1 missing plank out of 40... or 72 is just less fun

Feats are just warm garbage right now, and it feels like many "skill" choices are just there to fill up space. Add more fun feats instead and reduce the base cool downs and negative effects intelligence: you can put 40 levels in it for 3x faster cooldowns... so you can use piercing arrow once every *minute* instead of 3 minutes? Cooooool (worthless) mace slam: I've killed myself from exhaustion by using this. It takes forever, does no damage, and is basically a suicide to use solo piercing arrow: does the same damage as a regular arrow shot vs a pig standing next to me? But can't move while doing it and 3 minute cool down?! fists hard hit: most of the time it literally does nothing, makes the sound and then puts it on cooldown sword whirlwind: little range, stuck in place, big cool down, if you are surrounded by creatures you are going to die, you will never be surrounded by players (they shoot you while moving around) tames healing and damage: these are worth using... big surprise, the only thing effective in the game is tames, and feats are no exception

Welcome to JetEye Paradise! We host gaming servers for various different games! Currently our servers are running Atlas on a 7x7 grid which is split between two servers located in Thailand and central USA. You can seamlessly sail between these servers and venture across the entire grid. The rates are 10x Tame, 5x Harvest, 3x XP for PVP and 5x Tame, 2x Harvest, 2x XP for PVE. Power Stone quests have been implemented and tested fully. If you have any questions or issues, use either the reporting channel here or on the Facebook group JetEye Gaming Servers. There are currently 50 slots per server. To Join, Search for JetEye 7x7 PVPVE Modded. I have painstakingly created a 5x5 PVP server which will go live shortly after the Official Wipe and the new Islands and Quest lines are released to unofficials After lots of research and finding out what the player base likes best I will implement the best MODS, the best rates, the best progression and best of all, probably the ONLY large map without a built in Shop plugin and NO pay to win like the big servers out there. We will be ran entirely from an extremely high-end PC and updates and restart will be fully automated and quick which means hardly any down time for players. Good day all! We have (through a lot of trial and error) finally got our Dedicated server up for Atlas! Our 2x2 can house 100 players each so 400 players in total and we intend to expand as we grow. Hello, please excuse me dear devs. We had a thought while we were sailing today. LOL!! We were thinking it might be fun to have some mini-games for the players that have nothing to do while sailing. XD Dice to give us a loot buff. Card games. Haha! Swabbing the deck to give the ship a sturdiness buff. Maybe like, a sewing game or something to give a speed boost to the sails! Arm wrestling. Maybe some chess or something. Just a bunch of little things. LOL Something to throw into the ideas pot! XD Thank you so much for all of your time and hard work!!! Loving it!!!
