Today we left for a trip and arrived at an island, we hit a ship and our boat is completely blocked. We have did to move the ship at the owners and we were also hit but no result, the ship is in the PVE EU server at the coordinates: (Long: 40.95 / Lat: 54.51 in K4)

My Schooner will not move. It is not overweight, no anchor, no ground just water and open sails but my ship will not move at all. Been sitting here for an hour now with no movement. Have tried spawning in another server then back to get it going but no luck. And please restart the servers they are currently unplayable crap.

Hello! My name is Carlec (ign: Chief Engi. Carlec Sparrow, Company Sparrow, EU PVP Region J14) and I'm currently stuck outside the shore of Bigshall Peninsula with my friend Horoids. The issue started occuring after we fired cannons, whereas shortly after a storm started. We tried moving out of the storm which we thought was "yeah it's fine, we're stuck so I guess it's to be expected", however as soon as the storm stopped we tried moving again. We failed. We have full wind and should be able to move, we tried repairing all damages without any success. Please help. Regards; Carlec.

So at some point in the last 24 hours there must have been an update which has since caused my game to get stuck on this part of the loading into a server. I did not experience this before and my game used to take ~20-30s to load onto a server. I have left this running for over 15 minutes and still no change. Have retried several times, tried different servers within EU PVE, validated steam files, ran low memory mode, restarted pc. I just CAN'T get into a server anymore. Occasionally while in this loading screen the whole screen flashes white for a split second as if it's about to do something but then continues with the same. The game is still responding in task manager and the atlas globe flairs are still moving in the background. If anyone can please help me get back into the game any ideas for solutions would be appreciated. I'm Able to get into EU PVP but not EU PVE

Located in N7, on the top right island (called Hingsend Haven), southern end. Long 84.24, Lat 14.55. Playing on the NA PVE realm if that matters. Had a friend who got stuck in this area. I tried to help to retrieve his stuff and I got stuck too. The rock formation has many areas where you can glitch into the rock as well. And for some reason my vitamins are balanced and full, and my water levels refuse to fully deplete. Makes it diffcult to die, and I don't know how to get myself unstuck.

on EU PVE, B10, long.-83.45 lat.-30.02 there is a pool connected to the sea, the exit is just too shallow for a schooner to fit through. by now there are 2 schooners stuck because of that and more will come since there are currently 3 people working on a schooner in that pool could you make it just a little deeper so schooners can fit through?

Yesterday, on PVP NA Kraken, I was on my raft - about 11pm EST US, I was getting my raft off of them river bed, The raft clitched and trapped me underneath and trapped me between the floor and the raft. I wasn't able to crouch nor swim out. My character was stuck. There is no stuck command, (which is 101 BASIC game mechanics .) Relogging did nothing. Although I was under water, I did not die, did not run out of air. Turned game off came back 2 hours later still under the raft. I just stay under the raft letting my Vitamins go down. This is outrageous that this happened Stuck commands have been around since MMSDOS games.

On the EU PVE server our Schooner is stuck after stopping in D5. We can't turn the ship or use our sails. We tried a lot of things to fix this like dismantling our dinghy and try to bump a raft into it. We just finished building it and wouldn't want 3 days of work gone to waste because of a bug.

one of my boats went to the corner of the map. Afterwards one of the player reports that he couldn't log in anymore (he was on the raft). I saw the raft between 4 zones on my map and decided to fast travel to the bed. Now i only see water and can't do anything. My character seems to be stuck and i can't even make a new character on the EU PVE server. Please fix this!

As illustrated by the attached image, my character got stuck in the gunport. Steps to reproduce: Build a Schooner with at least one gunport. Open the gunport Climb up and stand on top of the open gunport hatch While on top of it, close it. Character stuck! Tadaa! (Only way out is death)

Logged on after crash, all members out of company, locked in base, cant access shipyard etc.. (with a half built Galleon) on EU PvP -- Kinda BS ngl, everyone else is in their Companies.

I was on a raft sailing from E10 to E11 and when I finally got to the blue wall, It tells me to please wait "joining a new server/region" or whatever, Well I lost connection to host/server and now when i load back in I can't respawn on my raft because anytime i do it gives me the same message and then kicks me to the main menu EVERYTIME, I have even tried respawning at my beds in my base and that wont work either. I have closed and reopened the game multiple times. anytime i try and rejoin a new "region" it tells me im currently trying to join one and it kicks me to the main menu.

We took our schooner out for a farming session and I think we’re in C12 (not 100%). After the update when we got on the boat it will not move at all. It isn’t anchored, we are in open water, there is nothing under the boat, sails open or closed it will not move at all. Fully repaired the boat to make sure that wasn’t an issue. Sails are full health. Weight is 4K/6k Weve spent over an hour trying to move it. It will not budge. my biggest issue is we are all tired and the boat slowly decays, I don’t want to log on tomorrow to a boat that isn’t there because it decayed because it’s in open water.

Hello Devs, i tried to respawn on my home island yesterday and when i spawned in i was halfway underground. No big deal until, however, i discovered there is no way to unstuck or kill onself, and on the starter island its nearly impossible to die. Please give us an unstuck option.

I got caught in between rocks at this location in D4 on The Hydra's Den server. I dont want to lose what i have and hope that there is a way to get myself out with some sort of stuck command, any help would be really appreciated!

1. From the spawn select screen Spawn at o10 (Lawless Region). 2. Path to the North East side of the island. 3. View to the south west and observe a cliff with a ramp on the right side and a arch on the left. 4. Path up the ramp. 5. When on the ramp path to Long: 92.79 / Lat -27.93 Actual Result: The User will fall into a crevice hidden by bushes, when falling into the crevice they will encounter a stuck spot. Additional Information: Timestamp: [NA PVP] The Kranken's Maw 10:31p PST Name/Gamertag: Kronos Titan Expected Result: The User can safely navigate the crevice without encountering a stuck spot.
