Player weight per lvl is x2 Dino stats per level are all x2 Also to be changed is the increase of discoveries to be an extra 5 max levels per island you discover. The rates are x3 for all We are looking to expand the server at a later stage. (Map is already built for larger grid) We are open to suggestions of adding mods and changes to help increase quality of life and the grind. Looking at adding in ORP and limiting the company limit to around 6 to keep mega tribes from taking control of the servers. Yayyrrghhh Land Lubbers !! Ex hosts of Ark are now running a 4 x 4 grid server (16 servers/zones all Atlas content), with more to come in time. We also have the powerstone enabled and correctly working /configured. The box we are using is a dedicated data centre server hosted in the UK. This server has a lot of juice with options to expand at a later date, if the maps become overcrowded. Rates are currently at x5, which makes things go along enough that it doesnt feel you are powering through the game. Slight buffs to carry weight on players, but not on boat. The way the grid works, top part of the map is pvp, bottom is pve, as there isnt any orp, the pve zones guarantee you cant have your stuff offline raided. This game has 1 big issue around it's main objective being trading. Why trade when I go harvest it myself? Ok, fair enough. People aren't looking to sail a few hours to risk boat and cargo. Also fair enough. Why not join discord? Why should anyone be forced to use a third party platform for the main objective of the game? How about a solution then? A trading hub for players to submit a Purchase Order. It may be best to place these trading hubs in local regions if not the free ports. Here players can submit request for materials in exchange for other materials. A bit of an announcement for players to review and determine if it's worth their time and investment. For example, 100 honey for 1000 iron. To fulfill the orders, both parties bring the goods to the hub and can choose to pay the hub for guaranteed protection of the goods. Increase the cost of gold the longer the goods sit at the hub. This also incentives travel if players want to forgo the protection cost and deliver the materials directly to one another. The idea of an additional skill tree to improve gold cost, view requesting material locations and/or, view the distance to each hub, trading ships, weather conditions and such. Just an idea.

So adventurers became grown old and time has come to go for free sail. Having much of work put on my small claim, we don't want it to just disappear after we leave our land and so search someone to settle here as heir of our company. What can we offer: - 4 claims at high desert island with some resourses (stone, wood); - several metal nodes nearby (not our claim sadly, taxes 30%...0%), crystal nodes at same island; -tiny, small, large shipyards; -1 schooner, 1 brigantine, 1 galleon. No wepun, but fully charged with workshops and ready to go; -1 cow with a star on a board and couple of other animals; -secure stone house, bank with some gems. -several friendly (at least it seems so) german companys nearby. So here's the deal. I have roughly 12 claims that are almost completely surrounded by mountains. The reason nobody else wants them is because the water access is quite small and there's nothing of huge value on any of them. But, it's lots of room and basic resources to get you started. What I'm looking to do is help a husband/wife duo who are interested in building, trading or exploring get started in the game. The good points: Tons of basic resources except fiber. There is some fiber but not a lot. Pristine wilderness with a very low predator count. Bears, horses, pigs, cows, chickens, crows, albatross, a few wolves and lions to tame. A few snakes but not many. I have public crafting tables to help you get started. You'll have access to my small shipyard and a pier to park a schooner or sloop. I'm working on a new stable and you'd be free to park animals there when you go out sailing. That means, you could essentially live on the back part of the claim in the deep woods and just ride horses to the front. I have a bear sized trap up front, you'd be free to use it. No taxes. No Chinese (yet). Awesome scenic views. The bad points It's in the tundra so you'll want some fortitude. It does get cold but I run around in the daytime in hides. Small harbor. I will not be building a large shipyard as there isn't much room. So, if you can be happy with a schooner, you'll fit in. Gobs of fiber and sap on islands a quick sail away. No specific minerals, no salt, no coal, no crystal, no gems... just the basic resources. You won't be on the beach. But, it's a pretty safe walk/ride. SotD, we have our share and then some. Whales. Not many but they are there. No alpha whales spotted (yet). Requirements: If you already have a claim please don't. This is intended to help others at the least get a start and if they like it, a home. No asshats. Respect the claims. No shit builds. A shanty to get you started is fine but if you plan to hang around, a respectable building is expected. Again, this is for builders/traders/explorers, not pirates and grog swillers. Respect the neighbors. We're all pretty friendly and help each other out on occasion. I was referred to the other day as the local coast guard for rescuing a neighbor from his sinking ship. You are going to break the game. How do you expect anyone to function with the stone change. it favors tropical WAY too much. I love the idea of scarcity and requiring ,.. 1. travel and expansion 2. trade The paste requirements are excessive and tropical just literally sits on all the necessities and won't require any of the above and can just fortify indefinitely which will create a big compounding problem in PVP with literally the strong just exponentially getting stronger. As for PVE it forces longer and longer travel times and doesn't really incentivize trade at all. If I spend 5 days farming sugar I'm not trading it for 2 hrs worth of any other resource. And if you ever add Sap to tundra it will just make the game's exploration feel mundane and recycled in each climate.

I know how hard is to make an MMO of such difficulty as this project ATLAS is because I am working as a Game tester in real life in games Industry and preparing for games development career and due to many other facts (that I wont share it here due to many corps policies), I came by with a proposal that I think will boost your willingness and motivation to improve things more than in ARK or above other competitors ! First of all, create a [DONATIONS] button in the main menu UI. Donation will come from those satisfied people based on your improvements but before that improve life on PVE servers and basic idea which at this stage of development has started with very bad ideas where worldwide people are not all mature but full of kids that are low IQ and will cause huge damage due to their stupid satisfaction to do bad thing anywhere they play game above their age and understanding. PVE mode should be more friendly for players that most of them have a family, a job and want to play on PVE for the simple fact to play for fun, know worldwide people with good behavior and well-meaning, and want to tame, build personal house projects that don't affect neighborhood, trade and beat together the end game boss (Kraken) PVE Mode should be a place where hackers and malicious exploiters (most of them kids with their IQ below room's temperature that play an 18+ game) should be banned permanently (including any other MMO on STEAM > "STEAM MMOs restriction for past bad behavior" rule restriction should be implemented on STEAM) !!! Underaged people should not be allowed to play mature games on STEAM !!! I will definitely support your ATLAS project and many other satisfied customers/players within donations IF you would improve the life on Official EU PVE mode clustered servers !!! - PVE servers should have limited or no claiming systems but who make most of trading should be on top as a company and from time to time to receive in game benefits if they maintain their top position ! - Claiming should exist only when people want to have a permanent base/HQ (that means 1 single claiming flag) instead of this greediness claiming system on a PVE ( on PVP claiming system has a purpose); - This game is most likely like ANNO from finding on other islands the needed resources and make trades for others to get richer ! If you are on an island with gum, this is very easy to farm (I was able to farm 3 k in 1 hour pre harvesting bonus) Also need Gems / metal, or a combination of all of the above. Also willing to land lease @ 10% tax rate. Island has ample fiber, wood, LOTS of stone, crystal, sulfur, bears, elephants, wolves, lions, cows, chickens, sheep, no metal nodes but the stone will quickly make up for it. Penguins / yetis just a short boat trip away. Get it while its hot.

We are especially looking for: Plate armor with HP, DMG and high armor values Hide and cloth armor with high values in Int, weight or maybe stamina Fur armor with health or fortitude and good insulation All kinds of high damage/dura weapons/tools/cannons (cannons: ship, swivel, large and balista) Sails with good stats (Medium and large, speed and handling) Planks/Gunports/Decks with good durabilty A Dinghy ship hangar Wood ceiling, wall, door and roof with high durability. What we can offer in exchange: We have a variety of ressources to offer like: 5 kinds of fibers, thatch, wood, keratinoide and hide 4 kinds of stone, oil, saps, coal, flint and gems Gold And if the BP is really good, maybe even some of our tames (Elephants, Rhinos, etc...)
