  1. Let me begin by saying, I've not put more than 3 days into single player on the Xbox preview. I totally understand this is a working progress and I totally understand these guys have a lot on their plate between ARK and this project. But by far when all the bugs and glitches get fixed, this will be my all time favorite game no doubt. There's so much to it and pirate games like these are what I live for. Now to the topic. Really the only major change I could ask for would be the map system for finding treasure. I feel like there is zero challenge and I can just become rich instantly even on the hardest difficulty. I don't want to just see a big smudged X on barley half of an island, then have it tell me exactly what part of the grid it's in because honestly the grids are quite small with a freighter that goes 20knots with 40% weight. I played a bit of sot a while back and I rly like being able to find parts of maps at different islands or finding secret places like vaults that have gold and treasure. I want some real challenge in actually searching the seas for treasure. Trust me guys I have a blast taking over islands and fighting npc pirates and ships, I'm so glad they've added regular old npc pirate ships . But seriously, when I come up to the island and see a big red marker in the sky screaming, "IM OVER HERE!" then I get there and some pirate homies jump out of the ground and I stomp them like they're ants and take a crap load of blueprints and gold. I feel like it's just way too easy, it's almost boring looking for treasure even though it's rewarding. I want clues, detailed maps, dungeons with treasure. I want that good stuff! Anyways that's really all I have to say. I hope the Xbox version gets some good bug fixes soon!
  2. I have a ship resource container placed inside my base. I do not own any ships on this account, that are anchored to this island. I place an even amount of gold coins inside the chest each time, exactly 1 stack of 1k. any left over coins go into the silo. Every time I log in 6 coins are missing. why is the game stealing my coins?
  3. Ok, so even though I've spoken to players about the markets who have been able to get theirs working, I still can't get mine to work. I've followed some advice, to no avail. I'm putting in a link for a screenshot I took to show the placement. The foreground is the corner of the warehouse, and you can see the market in the shot too. My question is: Does it look like everything is close enough to the water/shore to work? I'm certain the warehouse is no more than 30 meters from the shore.   4. Seeing the cost of Ships to just build the thing just to have it sink just the same. The cost of gold just to have a armored dock. What is next? Is it going to take gold coins to tame a bear? It would not Surprise me. I'm a old guy beta tested games sense the 90's. In all my years I have never seen developers so unplug from what players have been asking and what the developers have promised. Have you ever heard to the term. When you make a plan you stick to the plan! How many different plans have you laid out the US the fans that want this game to Work? Have you follow through on any of them? You should go back to the plan that had the atlas roadmap. Phase 1# quality of life Improvement, bug fixes & Performance increases. Phase 2# seas, ships & sails. Phase 3# skills & combat. Phase 4# world, claiming and taming creatures! This supposed to be a fun game not having to grind for everything like gold when all you want to do is sail the seven seas and have great ship battle s and dig up treasures. Drink some rum!

Are devs actually planning to make Atlas a dead game? 5000 for schooner? schooner is the simplest useful ship to start enjoying and experiencing the game. its not even that easy to build! you need to still put time for it. if it was 5000 to buying a schooner all made, it was good. but paying 5k and then building it by ourselves? How does that even make sense? we should farm 5k with sloop? one person even cant manage to carry that much of gold. Who even we are paying that gold to? its really ridiculous idea. its a pirate game. C'mon devs do something about it! you guys cant see the game is already losing players...
  6. I have a shop in d8. The gold of the items I sell in my shop does not come to the inventory of the shop, can you help me? Additional information ; I made about 200.000 gold sales and the notification of all of them came. I removed my friend from my team to be sure. i gave him gold. and bought things from that market. but it didn't come to my gold inventory again.

Elephants: have several for sale on Crossmeda Island (Region E8, SE Island, SE tip of Island) Look for a purple lighthouse, blue lights. wild tames level range 39-44 imprinted level range 44-49 levels unspent in them (level ups available). Also have a couple that are leveled. price ranges from 100g-250g
  8. Hi Guys, is there a way to adjust how much Gold i get from a Treasure Chest in Non-Dedicated Multiplayer mode? I searched through the Files but can´t find anything, in the Settings when you Host the Server is also nothing (i guess ^^) Thanks in advance

  11. @Jatheish (At first: sorry for my bad english, i am just a woman from germany, trying my best to write down my opinions in english) I see what the online player count is dropping down. I talked with a lot of people in different ark/atlas communitys about - why they dont log in. And i tryed to find some solutions for bigger problems. So just some brainstorming ideas. Let the players create a usefull city, a trading routes, habours and so on Bank System: Let the people up- and download gold to the own account, let them use every tribe-bank or ally bank for this. Taverne Food selling. Lets craft every tribe NPCs whos is only able to sell food, so a tavern makes sence. And buff the cooked food to something its worth shipping resources from around the world... and don´t down them to a 5-stack. Habour and growing citys Everyone can build a nice habour but for what? Look who is the bigges tribe or wich tribe hast the most landclaims in a sector. So THIS tribe, is able to place NPC Vendors or Auction buildings. If a tribe is able to create a player-friendly habour ... it will start to become a big trading habour /center. If there is enaugh space to land /anchor with ur ships, if u finde a lot of trade stuff and maby u will finde some land to rent from the tribes, for a small outpost, storage... something great can grow. Crafting a nice habour and make ships anchor. Give us a component for a quay wall, where ships can anchor. It is a pain in the ass to build a harbor and at the end the ships can not anchor. Dont let us waste tonns of struktures in the deep water to get the ships anchored. Landclaims (Idea is just for PVE. i dont know enaugh about PVP Server to make a suggestion there) U need a better system. Its not ok to run all the time to save ur claim (PvE) but also just loging in all 3 Weeks to make ur land save, its also not ok for the rest. So make some stats to check, how aktiv a tribe is/was last 24 hours / last week. Check up how many ingame hours a tribe has last 24 hours, last week. Check how many ships moving hours they have, how many ships released, how many tames got used and so on. Dont tell us exaktly wich faktors are how importent, so people dont find to much easy ways to use the mechanic in a wrong way. If u know how aktiv a tribe is and how many players are aktiv in real.... use that informations to manage how many flags they need = can hold easy and drop down the save-time for the flags. Use something like online hours or tribe aktivity points. Maby a tribe can have 1 Tribe Flag wich is save for 2 Weeks. Then set up more flags (save time 7 days) per 8 hours playtime/aktivity ... no mather 4 persons play 2 hours a day or one play 8 hours a day. If the tribe has 48 hours playtime / day - they have 6 more flags with 7 days savetimer. If they drop down the playtime to 24 hours / day ... drop down the savetime of each flag (not the one main tribe flag) to 3,5 days savetime... so they need to be more aktive or remove some flags to have more savetime. Land for rent Lets talk about why rent land/space to other players. If an enemy try to claim ur land. The tenant get an information also. The tenant has a kind of right to claim the land as first. He can take over the land before the enemy gets it. Maby let it cost an amount of 1000 Gold. (First renter on the flag, has the first right) Give this renter a chance to say "save the claim for the owner" - so flag stay save, without beeing claimed and for no money. Old ships standig around for weeks , blocking ur habour. If a Ships isnt moved for 3 days - let player klick on it to say "remove ur shit". The owner tribe get an information in a new log (tribe log is to full to find this info) , or mark it in an other color on the map). The owner tribe has 3 more days now, to just move it 1 meter (or just anchor it again) to show... its not and un-loved ghost ship, its in use. If they pass the 3 day timer... lets decay it between 1-3 more days, depents on how big the ship is. Let the people removed compleatly. If a player dont logged in for 4 Weeks. Remove them from the server. Compleatly... also from tribes and so on - clear that shit. Look into their stuf, so the tribe dont have bad penalitys cause of that. Ships - personal owner. Give the option "personal owner" to ships. Let the Ship Creater choose, its an tribe ship or an personal owner ship. And as an personal owner, u can unclain a ship, so everyone else can claim it and can choose claim as personal owner or as tribe. So we can build and SELL ships! TRADE SYSTEM! We realy need something like a trade window for an save share. Without taxes, or something like an auktions house. Just to say "take this and give me that", without the need to drop stuff on the ground. If i wanna sell a ship: I need something like a ownership notice, put it into a trade window and if the buyer put the right amount into the window, everyone can klick "ok", so we have a save deal. Same like resources. Use a selling box, put in the stuff u wanna sell and close it (say ready) ... buyer put his payment into the other side of the box and say ready, and if both klick a last "ok", the deal is done. Breeding 48 hours is a way to much. Temperatur... its to heavy to manage the breed, the babys dying to fast cause of the normal changes of the temperatur and u cant do anything against the warm/hot. Having 20 pinguins and 30 fires and looking into it for 15 - 48 hours - that cant be the right way. Sorry, but our tribe needs to work in real live. We can do it as a tribe, of cause - but if everyone needs to sleep or work... there is nobody who can manage it ... so we need some people without a work to be able to breed? In Ark i loved to be a breeder, but in atlas, its not possible if u have a real life. Ship Autopilot. I can put an npc on a ship weel and use the auto pilot. But why the hell it stop working, so far i leave the ship - so its useless? Of cause i know, it will just drive forward... yes i know, it will drive into an isle , will do nothing agains ghost ships (ok, i can set the npc on auto fire with cannons!) and will be a blind pilot. But if there is an autopilot - lt me use that! I wanna set it on drive strait forward and i can jump onto the bed on board if i think the npc need help. (i can see my ship on the map). If i loose the ship... its happed... let it be MY risc. There are a lot more ideas, but i am not sure if any one importend will read and think about it - and i dont wanna waste my time
  12. First off, I love the vision of Atlas. In 2-6 months, the churn of players will make this a completely different style game. With that said, the only changes needed are to make the Leaders the Top 10 Richest (Pirates do love their gold after all) and a small gold tax per land claim (similar to NPC). That will encourage land sales, commodity trades, and even a solo player can be top 10 without ruining the gameplay.
  13. patch 8.15 said that spawn of whales was busted in tundra and respawn time was reduced, but i cant find any of it last 5 days. Before it i have seen a lot of them so the only conclusion for me is that they got killed and they dont respawn. Eu pvp

Crew payments - Bug Reports - Official Atlas Community https://www.playatlas.com › Forums › ATLAS › Bug Reports I have maxed out the captineering tree, and while out at sea and cannons manned the crew are charging 1 gold every .6 hours, and while un-manned 1 gold every .9 hours. I am the one who purchased the crew, and I am also present on the ship during this what seems to be a bug.

  16. The claim flag system needs a little update. I think that gold should be needed to keep a claim flag claimed. So for example a claim flags will need 200+ gold a day to keep a claim. Claim will only be able to be claimed for a max of 7 days. For each claim placed more gold would be needed to be paid for every additional claims. So for example 1st claim would be 200 gold a day, if two claims are made then the gold for each claim is increased by 100 gold, So each claim would cost 300 gold a day for a total of 600 gold a day. If 3 claims are made then it would be increased by another 100 gold, so for 3 claims it would be 400 gold a day for a total of 1200 gold a day. If the 7 days become depleted, at which means you have 12-24 hours before you claim is deleted and STRUCTURES in the claim are destroyed (NOT THE SHIPS). This will help prevent build up of bases and claims. it will help to clean up idle bases or stop island takeovers. Let me know what you think.
  17. A wallet that stays after you die that cannot be taken from you. Maybe built into your compass, upgradeable by some sort of quest. Even if you could hold like 100 gold that would be such an awesome thing, making gold itself and simple small transaction trade a little bit more accessible between players. this idea came to me thinking about what it would take to make a legit trading post/ pub that didn’t have to be in a Freeport its a perfect game. xo, swarz
  18. Hello together, does anybody know what happens when your gold is empty and you are unable to pay the crew? Will they disapear/die or just stopp any work you'll give them? Would be nice if anyone could help me with that question. Regards
  19. Hi Atlas Dev. I have some suggestion for claiming system. 1. Spamming flag everywhere Trouble: for new comer will have hard time to claim territory because all island fully claimed. suggestion: Once a company created. Owner will receive 1 or 2 claim flag. If you want more claim flag. you need to go freeport to buy another claim flag with gold. 2. Flag protection Trouble: Some people lost they claim when they gone offline. Suggestion: Player need use gold to buy protection via flag for couple hours to prevent they territory got claim. 3. Inactive territory Trouble: (PVE Server) I found an inactive territory but sadly i cannot take over they territory because there is 1 sleeping player that has 4hp n never die. Suggestion: i - if player inactive for long time like 1 week real time. New player can kill the inactive player. ii - Sleeping player can die cause of thirst / hungry iii - (addition from no.2 suggestion) Other player can stole territory when flag protection is expired. can only be contested when territory owner online in the area. Sleeping player cannot contest the claim.
