@JatheishHi there. I got kicked after the last small patch, and can now no longer log in. I try to join new Atlas and just get stuck on PrimalGameData_BP. I have no option to send a ticket, please help

After the last update, I was kicked out, and can no longer log in to the game at all. I have verified the game files twice. I have uninstalled Atlas and re-installed and still cannot log in. I went to submit a ticket, but there is no option to do so, only for player abuse, server outage and in game support?????
