  1. I totally agree. I have not seen anybody in the game actually use the "survivor" aspect of the game. I certainly dont. Just kill yourself and move on. It is a major inconvenience and adds no depth or realism to the game in any way. Keep the different types of food you can farm to eat for small little buffs though, change them a bit maybe, and add more possibly. Ark was the exact same way, and never changed though unfortunately (and we all know this is literally pirate "kind of" ark). It is a tag they want to have on the game, and therefore have to have some small arbitrary aspect of he game associated with the tag wether it makes sense or not (i assume they think it makes the game sound more appealing "Atlas the open world survival mmorpg".
  2. I specifically said we dont attack small tribes.... We only go after big guys and we pvp constantly... Lots of times other big tribes we have long standing rivalries with since launch and ark. And not always depending on the circumstance. If you come intentionally grief us though, yea of course we will come find and wipe you. Why would you feel that you should be able to attack ANYONE and not be retaliated against? lmao... Generally speaking the small tribes we ever will target are those that aid our rivals. There is no interest or rewards to reap from attacking any other smal tribes. Why would you attack a mega in the first place? Why poke the bear? Why complain about wanting small scale pvp in a big scale game, then go attack the big tribe, especially when they will generally leave you alone and you CAN have your small scale pvp...
  3. So I am in a mega... We are allied with several other megas.... We know, generally speaking, what all the other megas on the map do, are doing, and general strategies. We never attack small tribes, especially less than like 10 people (unless provoked, which def does happen...). Now prewipe this may have been a bit different due to the dense populations, but most mega tribes would try to move in peacefully to take over islands, take tax, and give protection. Then you become the beta of the mega... How many people here have actually been attacked or wiped in colonies now by a mega? By an actual MEGA not just a tribe with possbly larger numbers than your own. To go even further we all protect all the small guys on all our islands that pay tax. Its the entire reason for the system... To go even further we desperately need more small tribes that like to do their own thing to move in and share with us (and this isnt just for the tax, not sure if any of you have noticed but the game is lacking huge on playerbase now. Many islands and servers with little to no players/activity. You would have nobody here on this massive map without the megas.). So please, come find us. Lets trade. Need a home? Some help? Protection? Move in. Want to stay where your at but want friends, trades, maps? Good come find us. This post is really ignorant, especially considering the game is designed to be played in big groups. Maybe its just the unsociable people that complain in these posts? Because you can def play the game in small groups. Especially now in colonies with the small player base.
