    to adjust settings i have to press escape... if that cancels it its pretty dumb

    im on a pve server na i forget teh name of it right now. but yeh my friend was given everythign unlocked and i have to lvl up and unloack things as i progress in the game... its fustrating since im only on thier to test things

    was wondering my friend has everytign unlocked on ptr and i have 0 skill points was wondering how to be able to unlock everythign like he has any help is greatly apriciated ty. lvld up to lvl 20 before i restarted thinking i was bugged.
