This definately works, just make sure you put that setting line in the gameusersettings.ini under the ServerSettings... I have it set this way on my server and it works perfectly fine I promise.

Hey guys, you have this all wrong. You don't have to go through any of this hassle, just set your freeport spawn points to 0,1,2,3 and so on and make sure every other island outside of freeports is -1 which they should be by default and then input this into you gameusersettings.ini for each server bAutoGenerateIslandSpawnRegions=false

It's been semi-confirmed today that Unofficial Servers will get the new updates BEFORE unofficials! Grapeshot will be releasing the new Server Grid Editor today allowing any unofficial server to add the new quest lines and new islands and get there server live before the actual officials go live. This is good news for server owners and Unofficial servers, the only thing is, to get the new quest lines it will be a similar process to adding the Powerstones. Good News!
