global ship limit

had a question so we had ship like sloop we had made after the mega update they where sunk for some time. they still count on our company global ship limit.
was wandering if they updated it to where the global limit of ship is all the ship our company can make or had made or if like before the update the ships that sank dont so up on our company global ship lmit after some time some of the ship like our sloops been sunk a few days after mega update?
