  1. Farmhouses are also transferring coal to my warehouse.
  2. Arrows. When are you fixing that? Made 20k fire arrows and they’re all gone dang it!
  3. I personally think they are taking it down to use it as a test server, and then when they are done, it will come back. Similar to what they did for second wipe. That seems reasonable to me...
  4. I think that everyone will basically go as close as possible to the temperate/equatorial line. This will enable people to have a place where all crops and be grown, and another where all animals can be bred. The rest of the map will not have a solid concentration of population. Not really a fan of creating an environment where everyone will be clustered in one area, rendering the remaining portions of the map relatively useless. Am I missing something?
  5. I see everyone implying that NA PVE is being removed permanently, and replaced with another PvP server, based off a completely vague news release that lacks details, or any semblance of the roadmap previously communicated. The bottom line is that this news release does not include enough information to know or understand the future plans for the server being taken down. Was it taken down because it was the least populated, and it is now the test server for the new map and game structure? Will there be 100% PVP, 100% PVE, or PvEvP servers brought up on official in July? We simply don’t know, and writing comments implying facts based off this news release is not very useful. I think I can speak for the entire community when I say the developers should write a brief follow up news release with more information. We are left with more questions than answers, and the level of communication is piss poor at best. If you are going to make zero announcements for months while working on Ark, and return to wipe a server with 24 hour notice, it sure would be nice if you had a more concrete news release with higher levels of details. Player like me dump thousands of hours of gameplay into Atlas. Is it too much to ask for a news release that takes more than 15 minutes of your time? Show us that you care. Please.
  6. I was thinking the same, and I would be a huge advocate for PvEvP. I’d love to not have to worry about my base being raided in a PvE zone, but still have the ability to go to a PvP zone to fight. Many private servers follow this model, and I am currently starting up on one until the wipe since I am a NA PVE player.

  8. Also, no Facebook post. Wonder why???? Bet it will get wonderful responses...
  9. Rejoined this game. Was able to power level to 40 in a few hours with some help from old friends that thankfully still play. Not much has changed since I left, and it has been several months since a patch notes update. Anything planned in the near term future? Glad to be back, and hope to see more activity from the developers. P.S. so we are permanently on 2x now. Any breeding or gold events planned?
  10. As a PVE player, this wipes all of the countless hours I have put into getting tames with good stats, breeding/imprints, etc. I have basically built my own Freeport at this point, and have regular travelers that stop by to check out my marketplace. Not to mention my fleet of painted boats. Ugh! It will be difficult for me to start over, and I am honestly unsure that I am willing to put in the time to recreate my own little place a third time. I value my time, have a consuming career, and while I understand that it is EA, this makes my stomach turn. You continue to make rash decisions catering to the fly-by players that stop by for a month to play, cry/whine/complain, and then quit. It is upsetting that you generally make all decisions based around PVP, and give little to no consideration to the PVE community. The game mechanics take days/weeks out of our lives. It is a commitment. I’ve been here since day 1, and I’ve rolled with the punches. What incentive do I have to continue supporting your product?
