Having the same problem, bunch of places in the front of the galleon that give that error.... sometimes lets you place walls if you look in a different direction and keep pressing "Q" to rotate it in the position you want.... but it's really tidious and dosent work each time AND also useless on ceilings since it only have 2 posibilities to rotate, switching shape has no effect i wish they could fix it soon... drives me crazy...
