For me a sweet spot is a spot were i did not get hit at all while feeding. Others are feed spots for me. Generall taming tips: Try bellyside, if can not feed w/o getting hit, try spine side. Skill sneaking. Dont look at the head all the time, rather look to neck/spine. Look up and down, slowly also.

These guyes will not log more bc 2x(4x) everytime, you foul yourself if u belive them. How many of the guys told you, that they will coming back after wipe, did come back/stayed for more then a week?

Just get better, even on 1x it is logistics more then actual farming. Get better gear/tames and 1x harvesting is more then enough allready.

My cows did not reset at all on the ship, walking, milking, getting bucket out of inv, NOTHING. I think they have to leave the ship. (Ship is a schooner with topdeck only still in a shipyard, so a poor mens barn) If they are not claimed yet i might retest with also whistle one off the ship.

I have cobra spawns on my parked ships, they did nothing before bc floating. I hope my crew and stored tames are fine when i log in. How GS inform the PVP guys about upcoming weight changes and dont mentioned this.

And a ship was the cheapest and savest place to store NPCs for small groups. NOW the cobras spawning on my schooner will eat my crew alive i guess.

The xp gain is the same, the game presents its numbers. XP/level scaling is kinda XPneeded is proportional to level^6, so it is brutal. ENJOY your mid level; beak on your way to higher level. THAT why the 200% shipquality ships are overkill for about 99,5% of the players/companies. AND i leveled brigs without any guns to low level 40. They gain XP fine by just sailing. Even killing > level 50 galleons dont give much XP.

OK, on ships, claime timers are not resetted by: - redner - letting then follow - feeding - miking Dont store tames on ships! EDIT: I storred my tames on shipish sturctures. I build a Shipyard, put down a Schooner, then place topdeck and fill the gaps with ceilings. This were my prefered barns for outposts. IT is cheap to build and very save, bc enemies float on ships. BUT, Tames need to leave this kind of barn every 8 days it seems, when not on ships, the timer should reset properly. @[GP] Guybrush Threepwood

I have 2 accs now, i could claim two of my own animals. DEVS need to display the timer for the owner also! It seems like milking cows does not resets, feeding does not reset. Do they need to earn xp? I can test if someone is really interessted (and if my cows are not claimed in the meantime^^). Once, i was rendering another couple of cows, they where claimed while i was 100 meter away. Thats not what i call intuitive game mechanics.

Going to o7 for FoY is a heroic move. O7 is second to the desert cave with lions in it for me.

Someone raised the theory that a ship needs to earn xp, if it stops earning xp it poofs some time later.

I love my island(s), i dont delete span, bc nobody build on them anyway. I welcome the gold the mappers leave. (I paid like 10 times more on other islands tho)
