    COSMETICS

    Issue Summary: Cosmetics items are lost after fast travel. Description of problem reported: I have purchase multiple sets of gear, and i see them my in inventory, and the toggle abstract seems to work as intended. on one occasion i fast traveled to to a boat in freeport bought items and swims back to boat and fast traveled away to another zone, while i seen them when i arrived at destination they where missing. i think traveled back to freeport zone and there was no satchel, also asked the company member that was driving the boat to check and they seen nothing. on a seconded occasion i sailed to a freeport NOTE I could not rebuy the items i lost. so i bought another set, and use the item on a NPC crewman gear and it works as intended, however after fast traveling i lose the inventory items. General Notes: I bought them both from the vendor @ south freeport A10
  3. I have notice that some of my NPC to not follow the move here or the "," to a sail or cannon. They barely follow the "follow me" What i have notice thus far. It seems that when i get a "acting up" NPC i looks like a lag issue at first however i have started to see a pattern. If they are not snappy with the following me, they will not seat on the item i am pointing to, and i don't even see the big green arrow. I have to have them follow me and walk well passed the item, to get them near it and then use the radial menu to get them on it. I think these are the 24hr Free (fresh off a SotD) that do this. In my game play after I wipe a SotD fleet i get them all and then shuffle what i have looking for higher levels. so when this issue start to be an issue i can't really tell who the new recruits are from the old ones. So... I am here trying to see if anyone else has seme this kinda behavior, offer some advice, I was thinking to start naming them to keep track of them but i kinda like the wacky rp names
  4. i seen the same thing all the time , random. fast travel in or sailing in does not seem, to matter.
  5. i agree about 90% i think wind speed can adjust , it just goes down to much to causing a not fun game experience
  6. And this was confirmed to allow building ? I had had stone floor pop out and now i cant put them back, as well as not able to expand. Just want to be 110% sure before i start searching and destroying stuff, i am mid Dock building and now i have to stop.
  7. Is there a workaround for to direct connect from inside the lan? I have read that many have this issue. My ISP all in wonder (CenturyLink Modem Actiontec C2000A ) Does not allow loopback. I do have NAT enabled. I have not traced it but from my feeling, i think its not Atlas but Steam issue and registering the server. I assume Steam, + Atlas wants to keep stats on anyone playing the game. With the required amount of RAM to run this 2X2 that to many VPS ( for my personal Gaming budget ) I have enough local but then my buddy can play and i can't Maybe someone has a server farm that needs some help setting it up ? we can trade services
  8. yup, is this a new thing? i did not look really hard but i did not see any reported issues about this.
  9. We just started whale hunting and in two different zones it seems like the rendered whale is not where it really is. I nearly lost my boat twice any advice on work around ? ( Client / server issue ) another time i was not even hunting them i was dodging them and SoD and got stuck on one. I assume that what it is anyway i was taken damage but nothing was there. And i say nothing , my shipmate jump off and was looking under the boat and seen nothing I have to reduce sails to 0 and back / turn to spin the ship and then go another direction.
  10. That sounds good, that would support a player courier service That would be fun, i think since I am PVE centric, they need to add a little more risk to the PVE end to make a courier service fun but not reaching to much.
  11. So what kind of market do the devs have in mind ? at a high level over simplify. by comparison, we think eve like or WoW like ? i hope we are thinking eve like.

  13. I get where you coming from, however they "fixed" the sinking ships ? i mean now you float with 0 weight applied to a not owned ship. as i see that, they do care. Now that is what the griefers use against my company. since i can't do anything to that boat. They have to fix the bugs, and invent rules that save us from ourselves. IMO i think they do care ( i am bias, i reported an issues it was resolved ) the customer service side is lacking eve has a really good balance and that has taken them years to work out. I think it can be done , just takes time. i would love to see some of that brought to atlas, SOME. I think a lot of struggle is making a by nature PvP molded game into PVE is a feat of its own, where others* have all PVP with *safer* zones . Since the world is grid i thought a PVP/ PVE would be by grid. at some point ill have a boat that i'll risk, i might want to venture across that line. but my day to day i like calm that a very good point
  14. ``` Disrupt the game ``` Since its PvE i cant touch the boat, and its blocking progress. and the problem was resolved. after they closed my ticket, the boat simply sunk , and was salvageable.
