Does anyone know what or how this is caused or might affect things on flags? Selfish bump.

It says on our flags we have -64 claim flags and for some reason every flag we are trying to claim is 3hour and 40 minute claims. Whats going on here? Am I under the impression that I am supposed to defend against an army of naked players running into contesting flags even when we annihilate all the opposition on the ground? 3 hours and 40 minutes PER claims seems a bit much. I don't really know how claim flags work but, I can say for sure something is off with the negative claim flags we have.
