I think that since we have to pay to maintain an island that the island owner should have to right to remove anyone elses builds at any time and not be constrained by a timer. We should also be able to restrict building at any time, after all, it is our island. I am getting spam builds left on my island by people who are not settling or staying to pay any tax, just throwing up temporary crap which they do bother to remove before they leave, causing me aggravation when I attempt to build nearby.
