So, I am playing in the PvP server and I have a small wood base setup on the back end on and island with a large company opposite me. They have remained neutral to me and vice versa however I have suffered raids from multiple other company's. What I would like to know is if a feature can be added for me to make contact with a company that does not entail sneaking into there base (could be seen as aggression) and leaving a note in a lock box asking toward cooperation. Something like an interstitial message that I can send from my company to theirs that will contain a brief outline and then full message if they read it. Allowing playing who are on at different times to join alliance.

So i'm trying the Performance test, and one thing that I noticed is that nearby structures seem to be slow to load, no this may be due to my internet speed, but I was a little frustrating to run into an "Invisible" wall, and only after having rammed someones ship yard 3 times did the skin actually load. Also, it seems that being opted into the Beta, Steam does not Automatically Download Updates. I am an Australian Player, so my connectivity is a little slower, however my Ping was around 120. I am trying the Performance Test and playing on Low Memory Mode. I have a Lenovo Y700 Gaming laptop that handles most modern games at Mid to high spec, However atlas has a real drain on this PC. On a side note, I love what you have done with Atlas so far, I have about 250 hours in game, and can't wait to get online as much as possible.

Not sure if this is a bug or wasn't supposed to be a feature, but I cannot attach a zipline anchor to my Schooner, I wanted to zipline from my base to the ship and back, but every anchor i fire at the ship "misses". i decided to compromise and build a platform beside my schooner, i found the same issue you reported, the lines that were nearby the ship were reported as "blocked".
