hello i made the quest caled Master Cartographer, and have unlocked the skill "Instant Equip" but i still have ColdDown when i equip things, not sure if it's a bug or not working or if im understanding the quest worng, can you can tell me, i asume you dont have any colddown on things you set in ur hotbar. and armor sets? any one has the same problem or know's anything

thi big companys will move to the mid server to have ppl to fight, and just move around the 50man company thing lol not that hard one of the servers will be nearly emty that 99% sure
