Submit a ticket on here but don't get your hopes up on it being removed as they take no notice of tickets most of the time. This is the problem with this game, no Admins to oversee these things in game. Personally I'd like to see the Moderators who play the game be given privileges to actually look at reports and go in and remove whatever it is or if necessary ban the player and remove the whole lot. There is several people on the server I am on that has blocked gems, put walls under the water so you crash near shore, it's stupid. This is the result of doubling the players now with only having 1 PvE server but they never thought of that did they.

Yes like the bugs from day 1. Minding my own business building a schooner which took me all day back then, finally finished it but was not released. Turn my back and a green light comes close, I shout what the hell is that, people running away as it got close to shore and it just so happened it had to come close to my shipyard. Then the cannon come raining in on my schooner which hasn't been released, nooo I'm shouting, goodbye schooner. Damn I was really mad that day. I have lost them after that though, lost a brig to the big whale, saw nothing and came up undernearth me, wow that threw me right into the air, that was the end of my brig. I think only ship I lost in freeport was schooner but yes I think we all lost 1 ship in a freeport

Yes it's poorly designed, I agree with most other people. I've never known pirates to run around on animals though, they've only put them in because they had to fill the coding gap because it's already incorporated in Ark code. All they've done is change it from dinosaurs to bears and such. I can tame them myself but it takes me time, I need to have the skills to unlock the armour. I don't mind taming the bears or tigers without armour though it's the elephant, rhino and giraffe I don't like. If you play solo it's a pain in the ass to tame giraffe but I manage it eventually. This time around I can't even be bothered to tame them, I'm just saving up the money to buy them, all I'm after is low level animals to collect resources.

How can the game ever be fully finished? These bugs were reported over a year ago and fixed now they turn up again. If same bugs pop up all over the place they will never complete a full game. You smash 1 bug another 3 pop up.

I just noticed the tweet saying new map and content but still showing the same video from 2018. I don't know what planet these devs are living on. Why would you keep posting same video over and over? Surely the budget can stretch to showing us something new. I'd like to know how they passed exams for coding games, being serious. I've never seen anyone worse at making a game. I'd much rather have some indie game dev make Atlas than these clowns. Still no communication on forums, might as well not have official forums.

Yes they have said they are adding warehouses, not sure how this is going to work out as we have resource boxes. They've also said they are adding controllable trade lanes or routes whatever the wording was. Just you wait until they add these trade routes in PvE, you will have the megas controlling them and they will not let you past or if you have to pay they will clean you out if you're willing to pay it. Many of us know what to expect because we've expected nothing else, failure. So I wouldn't get your hopes up over new content if I was you. I hope I am wrong and they change the game around but I know from experience it's not likely to be the case.

Yeah I remember, you'd think once a bug is fixed it would not reappear but here we are. I have fiber now though, just pacing myself in the game otherwise I will just get bored and not play at all again like last time. Lets see how long the novelty lasts this time around, probably not long.

Yes they are hard at time, especially if you play alone. They spin around in the pen, one of the worst to tame in my opinion because they knock you back. Some people say get it to agro on an animal or something, not sure how it works as I only ever tame by hand. I usually have the metal armour to tame the giraffe but still hard if it knocks you back, just have to put bed and box down and respawn next to it. As Pooter says people will sell them eventually, low levels you can get for a 100-300 gold but depends on the person, if you are lucky some nice people give them for free. I haven't played it long lately so haven't even build a ship yet nevermind animals lol.

I've been getting hemp from the purple flowers for some reason, must have changed it or screwed it up. Not seen cotton yet I don't play long hours like I usually did, just a few here and there. Can't seem to get into it like I once did.

I tried yesterday to see if the fiber was fixed, I could not see any regular fiber. Someone told me in the chat that the fiber is the little purple flowers on the island if you have them on your island. I've never seen purpler flowers as fiber before, not sure if this was a thing before the wipe. People are also stocking up at freeport and bringing it back, surely not hard to fix bugs at least, come on. What have they been doing for months? Someone told me Atlas is just to cream money to put right back into Ark, I wouldn't be surprised at that.

That has been a problem for awhile, I remember seeing beds on 1 foundation months ago when they changed the system and it said demolish back then but could not demolish it. Blocking and griefing has been very high from what I have seen, logged on yesterday and someone spamming big walls to close areas off on island. Someone has done the same as last time and blocked gems off also. I anticipated this because you have double players with NA on EU now. They should really stop anyone building in a certain radius of the resource spawns. I've only ever submitted a ticket once when the gems were blocked off first time, months went by with nothing done and that was with other people submitting same tickets. I wouldn't even bother with those tickets anymore, pointless.

They misjudged how it was going to play out, the devs thought everything was going to run ok, wrong. Now they have a dilemma on their hands like they had with giving everyone claim flags to spam at the very start. They have said they are focusing on PvP so can't see PvE getting any attention anytime soon if at all.

I was using gtx 970 a year ago as well it was bad enough back then. I since upgraded to rtx 2080 and even that throws the heat out and can hear fans going. Usually I turn settings down abit, had so much lag on 4k when there is alot of structures. Always been the same with this game, should not have to lower settings, its on their end.

Not happy at all because i've seen it first hand. They have reduced the size of the map and the islands therefor trying to cram everyone close together. The trouble is, i've encounted numerous people spamming foundation along the shore so can't place shipyard. I'm not saying this is for every island but i've been to 2 and seen same thing, don't think I want to move on to find out what the others is like. They thought forcing the NA players to EU was going to benefit everyone but it's just doubled the trouble, reduced grids, islands and more griefing/blocking. I gave it ago, I just lost motivation from it to be honest. I can tell you right now, the numbers will drop dramatically, I'm not joking, i've seen it and people fighting/arguing in chat over spam. I don't see a future for PvE as it is. I don't know if this is their plan, p*** people off to force them to PvP but it's not going to work. I dread to think what the controllable trade lanes will be like, you'll just have them griefing and not letting you pass, I'm disappointed with it, was hoping for something better but shouldn't be surprised really.

Not sure if they are in same locations as last time, I assume you know where they most likely will be? If not they are on tops of very high rocks and pillars, although you do find the odd few on lower levels but the majority of time they have been way high. Best to just find locations where they were previous and see if still there, I haven't checked yet but they could have changed where they are who knows.

Yes I found out there was no fiber also, asked in chat and they said it was a bug. I searched all over for it, could not see any. Probably be fixed in the next update, don't get your hopes up it will be soon though, it's anyones guess when they bring patch out.

I decided to jump on and give it ago on PvE, got to a big island on lawless and the spam already is unbelievable. Could not even put a shipyard down, sailed around and all blocked. I just don't know if I have the motivation anymore to sail island to island. Soon as I entered the grid chat comes up with "why are you blocking my path?" "it's not your path, we build where we want" "why do you have to spam like this?" it was all just deja vu for me. I think with them forcing NA onto a smaller map with EU is just going to get worse, I hope I'm wrong but from what I seen I'm not hopeful. They did say it would bring more conflict and battles, not wrong there.

And still no answer on the PvE server, many people have asked the question and it goes ignored, are they keeping PvE up longterm? I would say surely they can't be so stupid as to make people build on it and remove the server in weeks or months time but we all know the answer to that.

Trouble is not everyone has the time to sit there for hours and babysit. I had the time but it wasn't for me, I can't sit there bored to death hand feeding but respect to others who do. That's why I buy high level bears. People have jobs, I'm kind of fortunate enough or maybe that is not the word but have time to play abit more than others but can understand people who have lives will not want to sit there wasting their time feeding a bear for a few higher levels. This might be why they take shifts, who knows. You have 0 chance of me getting out of bed with an alarm just to feed a virtual bear, must be absolutely crazy.

Because they said they are "breaking PvE away into something else" what does this mean? You could interpret that as PvP server with PvE elements so they get rid of PvE only. There is no confusion other than why they don't want to say. Yes they may add another PvE server back up and keep just one for "time being" but why? If they are breaking PvE into something else? Until we know what that something else is it's anyones guess but my hunch is PvE will be gone eventually. I could be wrong but that is why so many interpret that way.

As far as I know it is still the same, haven't played in months though so maybe someone else can be 100% I was never one to breed animals, I just couldn't sit there for the first 4 hours hand feeding the bears, that destroyed me that did and I said no more. I don't know how people do it but it's not my idea of fun. I get why people do it though, they sell them which is why I always bought my animals, I mean the high level bears and such. The lower level animals I can tame myself but breeding na it's not for me. Buying them gave me something to spend my gold on as there is little you can do with it in game. I don't know if breeding is going to change when the map is released, I don't think anyone knows until the patch notes drop and that will be when it is released I imagine. Why they can't just tell everyone now is anyones guess, so stupid how they work things.

The current system is flawed though, if it's designed purely for megas then maybe not but you can't exclude smaller groups or they shouldn't. Maybe factions have a common purpose, you fight for a strategic position so everyone joins in within the faction. You could have certain number of grids per faction and have your base in the faction area but if the faction is working together you would have good defences . The other side will have the numbers to attack also, it could make it abit more interesting which would include the smaller or solo players. You join a company now the attitude is mostly "my way or the highway" you do as you are told. I don't like that, why should the smaller players be forced into big groups? Can't speak for everyone but I am willing to play PvP but not as it's stands being forced into megas. I'm all for helping anyone out but I also like to do my own thing, factions you have that choice but you also have the responsibility if you decide to ignore an attack on a faction you risk losing your home and everything that goes along with it.

You know they could have just done a simple Twitch stream to straighten all this out. I'm abit cautious of starting on PvE server until I know it will stay up. It's the "time being" I don't like. Could have shown us the map on stream and explained things, where islands are now, why they have done this and clarify what is happening with servers going forward. How hard is it? I mean I don't mind the wipe after a long period of time playing but if I invest more time now I feel like PvE server will be gone sooner rather than later. They've already said "we are breaking PvE away into something else" TELL US stop speaking in riddles. Does this mean on the PvE server? Or on the PvP server? They have left me totally confused on whether to even attempt to start again tomorrow. I was hoping these devs were going to be better but still can't grasp the basics of communication.

You're trying to figure it out? The devs have been trying to figure the game out for 2 years now without success. Freeports have been left empty for 2 years because they don't know what to do next, that's the problem when you only know Ark's coding and nothing else, they are scratching their heads all the time.
