Just fix the crew...Sit locations when manning sails(Need to kneel at sail they're manning not on rails(Or half off the rail in some cases))...Ai Route when following is horrendous..absolutely no value to having crew except don't have to man sails or cannons myself. pain in Arse to move them, use them..... and they eat gold more than food...

Need to be able to "Find" tames already tamed..Server crashes, falling through floors, ETC...."H" key only works for close range..How about a location in the company tab with tame name listed. Need to know where our tames are firstly and +1 to thatch Gatherer...all tames so far do the job except for thatch...much easier to just grab a pick and gather more than any tame.

Ever lost a Boat or a Tame? If so, now try to find it.....Boats when created and Tames when tamed become company assets. With a Company number and individual number. Here's the catch though...WHY are they not tracked as assets? There is absolutely no way to find a lost tame. Boats at least show on the Map(unless shipwrecked). Even Private server GM's have no way to find a companies assets. Why are tames not added to the company roster with location? When they kill something or even die it's listed in the company log...but as an asset it's not listed anywhere to show it as an asset or any way to track it down as an asset. Boats being the same way...Company Log: Your (name of boat) was Destroyed - that's it...no location,. no idea where this boat even is.. NEEDS TO BE MORE ACCOUNTABILITY OF ASSETS!!! Firstly, Tornado's, while slightly entertaining in the beginning. Now it's just annoying as F***!!! They should NOT spawn every single time it rains...Should be rare thing that happens! ANNOYING meter Tilt! ( try to even find one person that has seen that many waterspouts...that's how rare they are) Claim's : Idea to fix this claim problem...yes i know you have heard them all but here's one more...Only 1 claim Flag per individual SteamID which gives incentive to join a company..More people in Company = more Claim Flags..10 day timer already in place so you must log in at least once every 10 days to keep your flag...Not logging in results in loss of flag and therefor land that flag was covering. Speaking of..When you hit the 10 day timer and are killed, Everything you individually(not company) own should also vanish...get rid of the useless junk on server that's causing such lag. For the smaller size companies, Each individual SteamID logging in for consecutive 10 days(week/month whatever) will gain an Additional flag to place...The more your company logs in the bigger you can grow. Discoveries : Nothing should be able to be built within so many built blocks of a discovery, treasure map location or able to block anything that others need to get to in order to play the game..
