The only way I really got it to work was by modding them. There's the leveling progression but there was also a max cap I had to remove. My players can now put 140 levels instead of 30 and there's no cap on breeding, so they can ramp up to 3-400 if they want and still gain xp. I don't know why they put a hard cap in, makes breeding worthless on default.

You can force a cleanup with DestroyWildDinos. It will get rid of all wild animals on the server, so it might cause a bit of lag when everything respawns.

Yes with this tool you need to start the redis first manually.
