PVE NA D3, D4, E3 Lost Discovery points and locations on map

I sailed around for 7-8 hours just getting discoveries and I lost my points twice after a relog, first time lost 3 points, second time I relogged I lost 11 points Wasted the whole day, is this a known bug ? or visual display error? edit: PVP Kraken
