about 24hrs now but we have had water barrels out for about 5 days and they don't fill either

hi we live on an island in F 10 cords are long - 29.09 lat -2 3.03 there is no water on this island water barrels and reservoirs don't fill it never rains and there is a lake but under water pipes don't work in or around it or ant where else on the island, and because we cannot manually fill crop plots means we cannot grow anything here was just wondering if this is as intended or a bug

Why do they have to be so big, I mean really they could be half the size they are now and still do they job they are intended to , they make buildings look ridiculous and to what point ?, they encourage stupid gate walls over the map and spoil the whole look of the game please could you put so love into the building side of the game at the moment its worse that ark on official.

since the patch I too cannot get into EU pve server, it just times out on me it will allow me to join other servers but not the EU pve server, I also did a full reinstall of the game to no effect

Just had a ship not appear in the ship yard any one know where you send a ticket into please.
