Dear Devs. We expect the game to have issues. that's not a problem. I would not be writing this if that was the case. D7 on north America PVE Has been down for at least 6 hours now. I know alot of people are not on that server, but some type of Tweet or post or message on the launcher would be nice. when the game has issues we would all just like to know that you are aware of an issue. it would go very far with the community. if you would just say your aware of issues. a lot of us feel strung along for the ride with 0 transparency. but a server being down for 6 hours and no announcement kinda, makes us feel like you don't care at all. stuff like this is why the game is dying. I don't want it to die. I love the game. all I'm asking all we are asking is for you to touch base with us once and a while. you'll be surprised at the growth if you do.
