They tried that in Conan Exiles and it didn't end well, no one ever played them because after a while everything you made was gone no matter what. People felt as if the progression was pointless because it would all be gone one day. However, even after having said that if someone could do this where it was interesting and succeeded then I would give it a try.

Ok So hear me out guys, a fellow guildie was thinking what if there was an item in the game similar to a weather balloon that could A. Forecast the Weather, and B. Give the direction of wind for a zone. Sometimes I get frustrated when planning a trip 3 zones away only for the grid winds to look like this <----- then ---> before I get to my destination. I was thinking not something that Shows the entire Grid but one that at least shows its own grid and the surrounding ones as well. Thoughts??? Yeah this is beyond frustrating, even if you have a million man tribe this is still a ridiculous cost. The Net profit you make would never cover it.

It depends on how they have there island set. Most Companies set it so only allies can place defensive structures.

I think i can answer a few of these. But take my answer with a grain of salt please. 1. Why we can’t do anything to their ships if the island is in combat (pvp mode)? This is not how its supposed to work so I’m guessing that’s a glitch. Normally yes in conflict mode you should be able to damage everything (as long as your not attacking me). 2. What is war for? 24/7 two-edged pop mode? Youre supposed to be able to declare war on someone in this time you were supposed to be able to agreee on a 3 day time period where its 24/7 pvp. 3. How to take over someone’s island? Destroy flag? Bank? Wipe them out? In war mode i had the understanding you needed to put a flag that would contest there in the radius. You would have to kill them and all there beds and basically wipe them in the process. If they contest the flag you don’t get it. 4. Can we change pvp timer when we claim island? Yes 5. If someone settles on my island can i demolish their structures freely? Yes, as long as you do it within 12 hours of when they put it down. 6. Even more questions coming soon. Ummm...Okay?

I can confirm you do not need the Tax Bank, everything goes into the flag. Now what is interesting is what the gentleman said earlier. You can place a Tax Bank and it goes in there instead. That is interesting i wonder if then you can take the gold out of the bank, because right now you can take everything out of the bank except gold.

As i read on i was expecting an update eventually that someone would be like .....”Finally they fixed this”. But to no avail this is still an issue I’m assuming, another problem that I’m finding is the lack of information on how they work. I been scouring for some documentation but nada. There are some definite issues with this economic model, but it almost seems like they need to redo it from the ground up.
