Ive had this issue on and of the last year. Tonight i spent 2hr trying to get it to work. What finaly did it was downloading a VPN and join while connected to the VPN. Dont know why but this must be a IP issue. Now it works again.

I'm done with this game. 83h played. Now I can't get in to play since patch 11, 4 days ago... tried reinstalling, validating, reseting, etc. It's fu,.,,, ridiculous, Many have this problem. All my stuff has decayed, been looted etc. \\ No response to tickets or in this forum. I Call BS on this whole game idea

Me and several ppl still can't play this game, going on 2 days now. It all begun last patch and haven't been able to play since. Worked fine before that. Can't seem to find any solutions online so it's up to you to fix this quick before people starts dropping off. One can deal with in game glitches but it's not acceptable not being able to play at all. This error message appears once when logging in and once again when trying to rejoin a game. Invalid Json Token, Line 1 Ch: 1 You get into the main menu alright and you can go into options etc without problems but you can't start playing the actual game. One gets stuck in loading screen "PrimalGameData_BP". Please fix this or at least let us know you are working on a solution.

Same here. Fix this now! day 2 of not getting in. Very frustrating. We put up with glitches in-game but when one can't get into games we get cranky and lose interest
