something has to be done about this problem its starting to make the game unplayerable

I've been trying to take an abandoned piece of land for nearly 3 days now because people keep walking past it keeps restarting I wouldn't mind if it was the owner but it is just random people just collecting resources. they can't use the same land claim system as in PVP on the pve servers it just doesn't work you can't fight back so there is no War for land it basically makes it impossible to claim land at all on the pve servers
