A great deal of people lost levels and skill points with 1 of the recent patches when will that be adjusted or is that not important enough to address

Recently "pathfinder [] " glitched into my base destroying everything inside taking all of my items with no sign of entry this is discouraging when you spend 200 hours generating these items makes me very angry id like a resolve in the player being banned i can take you right to his house where he setup my god damned gates.....
