    lol good. when this news comes that devs removed or nerf something I automatically assume that it is true since at the moment I can not test for now.

    Aome NERF have already happened recently that good that this time was false alarm 🙌

    Game development seems to be all focused and based on feedback from a "group / company of developers friends" where only the fedback of them matters. I have not seen anyone here in the forum asking for these bow changes and many others who have come to harm exclusively solo/small groups.

     

    if @DEVS both want to get rid of solo players because they do not launch single player mode?
    Or they prefer with these changes to force that solo/small groups rent their own server. After that Rent Server Button appeared on the server selection screen on game I think I understood what is going on here.

    For 60%, u need a high level char (>90) fully specced in int, and a gearset with ~35% int boost on each piece. 

    (90*4 +100)*(1+5*0,35) = 1265

    A high level crow adds the missing 35 int.

    AND then u get a ~60% cb each ~7th craft. You can also get 0,1% cb.

     

    I have a crow lv.70

    gearset is the skills right?

    The higher the map the higher the ceiling of the rolls. For a native >180% i guess u need to do >22 qualtity maps. Maybe @DoubleHelixcan help.

    Every Map in the Game is potential soloable. Just buy a bear with 1k HP and >=220% MD for ~5k gold. Or bread any high HP/mediocre MD bear and imprint it 100%.

    The actual HP of the shipyard is determining the ship quality, REPAIR it before use.

    With the max crafting bonus of 60% a BP with 177% can produce a 222% Shipyard.

    Each 10% ship quality gives one max level.

    The ship is 10% lower qualitiy then the durability of the shipyard (33k HP increment for large shipyard PER 1 level ? --> 663kHP for max ship level)

    Hunting for/Building an own high level shipyard is a pain. 

    IF you can, try to buy a crafted one, or even ships made in them!

    As a general rule.. ship stuff from ships.. land stuff from maps.  structure stuff from floating stuff.   So if you are wanting shipyards, gunports, planks, decks, cannons etc.. sink sotd, if you want carbines, pistols, armour etc do maps.  If you want better structure, use spyglass on the flotsam and do wrecks. 

    Before the wipe I stayed the whole week in a golden age sinking SOTD level 26 ~ 56 and never won any mythical item or quarquer shipyard !!!

    Before it was easier to do this solo but now without the large cannons on the deck, SOTD pack and ramdon crash I will avoid going to fight for the time being.

    Sometimes playing solo is tiring and frustrating.

    In ARK I was not lucky too. then ATLAS will be impossible for me.

    I traveled 8 grids and it was hell to face the Army of Damed level 76~98 alone I thought it would be worth it but it was a disappointment.

    I did not even want gold just some BP from Shipyerd.

    I always used vanilla items but after the game changes I thought it would be cool to try the higher quality items.

    But I never had luck with rare items in any game lol

    I have heard that the maximum level of the ship is based on the quality of the shipyard it was built.

  12. since last week I been sailing around world digging up treasures of high quality lv.16+ looking for a mythical or legendary shipyard and I can not find it. The shipyard small or large are found on maps ? also because I only find weapons, clothing and armor.

    No found part of ship (wall, celing, sails...) or shipyard.

    Am I doing something wrong or is it just bad luck?

    This complaint system imposes limits only on the Small/Solo that because of few points (solo has 30 Island Points) can not have an island.

    In the same way that I do not think it's fair to have a solo players should claim a island with 86 islands points and large should not be able to have several small islands.

    I know there are some problems such as the distribution of resources that on very large islands was not well developed since most Metal/Gems are very scarce and rare resources and maybe that is what does not attract mega. mainly on most of the islands in the Eastern Tundra biome (M/N/O grids) that even the discovery points do not function properly yet.

    If people know what the discovery points and sometimes the maps on those islands are not working properly because it would go there? only by whales I think.

    Fixing the discovery points devs no cares but NERF things and do what no one asked these devs can do.

    whenever something goes wrong in PVP even those who have never been there is bound to suffer the consequences and it sucks.

    Ship is the no large cannons in deck and I do not say the damage but level of SOTD who before in lawless it was possible to find more easily SOTD lv 18~28.

    they exchanged 1 SOTD Bigs lv.23 for example by 4 schooner level 1. they exchanged quality for quantity. If this is not nerf I do not know what it is.


  16. this problem is not global but on every grid I've been it only affects the Lawless Islands.

    And this is not a bug was done intentionally.

    One crewman is approximate, 1 gold every 2.5 hours with skill points dedicated to the cause.

    Add it up, 10 NPCs in a 24 hr period is 96 gold, give or take...

    So, every day a solo/small company would need to farm 100 gold each and every day? That is madness! I am not a fan of being a slave to a video game. Many of us need to actually work, we don't get to play the game 24x7 and when we do get the free time to play, we certainly don't want to be forced to farm gold for the entire night. This doesn't even include the food, ammo, or any other resources... 

    Even after the change that makes it doubled the time between the crew payments it seems that the cost is higher than at the time of the pre-wipe.

    All of these costs are focused on who has an island in a good location that just sit and wait for the gold to enter the bank.

    Who lives in lawless ....
