If you're still having issues, we had this problem too with seemingly no fix. We found that our IP address changed recently and removed all instances of IP from the ServerGrid file (and startup batch file if you're using one) and it fixed it for us.

I have a 2x2 server going, haven't been able to cross the server boundaries without getting disconnected. After being disconnected I can't log back into the server, only get disconnected immediately only followed by an 'Unable to query server info for invite' error. I'm running it on a dedicated computer next to my gaming setup, everything I've tried (restart server, computer, etc) has not worked. Any fix for this? I'd love to be able to cross into the new zones, since I intentionally chose specific islands for materials, etc.

I agree, this happened to me and a fresh start is what took to fix this, sadly.

We decided to start over with a new map on our server. Got everything loaded and running, but we keep getting disconnected then find ourselves forced to respawn every time we attempt to cross a border. I suspect it is from the RedisDatabase not being cleared fully of our last game. Is there a way to clear it? Where are the files stored? Or is there another way to start a clean save?

Been trying to edit a new map with the editor. I can mostly figure it out but I can't figure out how to make the map zoom in to look more closely at the islands. The controls guide/window from the help section says its the mouse wheel, but that only scrolls the list on the left for me. I'd love to be able to zoom in so I can fine tune my new map, could anyone help out with this?
