Official PvE player base is dropping, but single player and unofficials get new players. I think its not negative.

I think, that a PvX server would makes sense, but thats only me. Pretty sure a few people wouldnt love this decision + implementing this system comes together with a server wipe (i would say).

Playbase base is dropping and everyone knows that. BUT.......see the last steam reviews. People like the Blackwood and after all this positive review maybe some more people will join. I said it now different times -> unofficial and single player will be the future. Nice communitys and servers.

Thats really sucks, but this is the game. I was lucky and some friends gift me some WL94er bears in the part. Thats a huge map for unofficial. This 50/50 PvE/PvP should be tons of fun

See all the positive reviews, its the most successfull content in ATLAS history. Its a good sign. Singleplayer and unofficials are "the future".

Its the most efficent way for him. For me its too much sailing and too much time invest overall Like i said, everyone has his own preferences how to gain gold. Im fine when i play 1-2 hours per evening and get my 100K per week.

Like i said, your questions too superficials. You should ask like follows: You made 100k with maps - How much time you spend for collect this maps? How much playtime for this 100k? How much value in bps? We could continue with optional questions like: Did you farm ressources for crafts as well and when yes, how much time to you spend on it? Etc. Etc. I hope you understand what i mean. When you want to do maps whole saturday long, then its your way to gain gold. When i breed in 4 hours 2 crows and sell them in auction for 67k or 81k, then its my way. Playstyles are different. Im pretty sure not everyone have the time to sail the whole day around. Some people (like me) have 1-4 hours per day. Some people only few hours per week. Everyone of them gain gold in a different way, because different playstyles. ~Anne

This interaction called economy. In every economy you have different professions like trader, gatherer, treasure hunter, crafter etc. Everyone is doing what he likes or/and what fits best into his playstyle. Everyone of them is making money, some more, some less, depends on the person. So when someone says "Thats the best way" then it is his best way. Its just the number of logg ins. You are right, lot of people just reset the timers and thats it.

Best way to make $$$ is trading Phase 1: Sell tons of tames (tamed) Phase 2: Sell tons of tames (breeded and neutered) Phase 3: Sell few tames (breeded and unneutered) Phase 4: Sell rare colours (tamed/breeded) But yes, old bases can be "gold mine" as well. Demolish smithy with 40+ large myth cannons GG!

Rude but funny :). Everyone knows that official servers player base is dropping. I love this game, but actually i recommend new players to join single player or unofficials. I already did it in different forums etc. Feedback is, that they enjoy single player really much and they love unofficial servers. I mean, why you should join a big server with few players and 1-2 toxic comps instead of a smaller server with 30-40 people per grid and a nice community? We got a ton of new positive reviews, but they mostly for single player and some unofficials. Its amazing to play on 4x4 3x3 (whatever) grids and the world is full of life

Sure that you had prime meat on 0 slot and you tried out different positions? Tamed with pen or Ele/Shieldhorn/Giraffe?

I think hitboxes from the ships could be a reason.

Crossplay could be one of the scenarios to hold ATLAS alive. We got a lot of new members during the sale and we try to avoid toxic companys with them But everyone is feeling the same, its a huge world with a few players (EU-PvE offi). I understand it when new people lile single player or unofficials more. There you have something new and unique events and a friendly+social community Im pretty sure the crossplay would bring a lot of new players

This is a hard time for the devs to bring some new stuff, which will raise player base again. I voted for new ships etc. but what happens when they will release it? Im pretty sure that everyone has a big resd box and could build this new big boat instant or with the next x2 gathering event. Maybe people will comeback to try it out, but its not a "play for month again" thing. They need to add a new challenge......like new hard caves or world bosses.

Looks like that playerbase really enjoy single player mode. You find a lot of positive reviews about that
