Turned out to be a Modem/comcast issue I managed to get it fixed

so I have tried to log in and get in game but it crashes at the primal game data_bp... i try to just see servers on server list and it comes up blank nothing there .. i get this crash report ... I have verified files and uninstalled and reinstalled ... any clues ? hints ? suggestions ?

Loaded my Bear on the boat it disappeared and we got message shortly after that it had die this is the second time i have lost a bear this way

Reources are not respawning after the latest patches on Portebel Island on server L4
