Issue: Oxygen Reduction Rate correctly applies when first gaining the skill and its further upgrades, but after death the Oxygen Reduction Rate does not reduce oxygen consumption rate anymore despite the skill still being listed under the Skill Stat Bonuses in the character sheet. Testing Method: With the first application of the skills including all upgrades, character can last under water for at least 3+ minutes before suffocation. After death, character begins suffocating after 1 minute. After removal of the skill through respec, character will still begin suffocating after 1 minute.

In addition to low resolution and low settings, launching the game in Low Memory Mode could help you load the game and map faster hopefully giving you an extra second to click the respawn button before the error appears. I also used an auto clicker and pretty much hold down spam click while moving my mouse down towards the respawn button while loading in.

Just happened to me on my first day playing . Can't really sail out that far out without dying from vitamins and bringing me back to the map and crash.
