Server is still regularly crashing and has been for about 5 days now. No word from devs / cms at all? The game is fun but your customer support is severely lacking right now. This is really bad...

B11 is currently unplayable. While we understand this may take some time to fix, it's been like this for days and we'd like to know if you are even aware this is happening if you know what the problem is and... when you think it will be fixed. That will help all of us in B11 figure out if we should leave B11 for a while or what. Can a dev or CM please respond so we all know you are at least aware? Thanks

B11 has been crashing non-stop for hours. Players theory here (for whatever it's worth) -- it looks to be with something related to people trying to take animals to / from B11.
