Mods have to run on both the client and the server. As far as I know, XBox does not allow mods and those mods would need to be synchronized with Steam, else a mod mismatch condition would prevent anyone running an older version from connecting. However, you should be able to customize settings, such as rates, levels, engram points, and similar.

As a reminder, this forum is open to everyone, so long as they follow the Articles of Agreement. There is no other prerequisite. While we allow spirited debate; personal attacks are not spirited debate.
