I hate to say it but this is how lawless islands have become, I would suggest looking for land or renting from a company. Of you need a place to call home on na pve let me know, we have a couple land spots on c3 and b2 we would be more the happy to rent out /share

Not sure what islands you have been to but ours is pretty quiet and has hardly any lag at all. So no not every island has a fleet of ships that are abandoned . And the last couple days if you sailed around land claims were fairly easy, it was a 2 day timer since like tuesday, I saw alot of land change hands on different islands. -
I agree sail round and look. We spent days looking for land before we found a couple piece of land. Just look around, most places we have looked or been people are super nice, have even had bigger company's drop a couple flags for people that didn't have any land to build. Alot of people wont build in the snow areas or the areas far away from places :). Our company will even alliance with people if they need a couple some land, we don't have a ton but willing to share

Im actually curious as to what a big company is.. because i know a company that has 85 claims and their timer is 20 days

lots of people have land for rent and such. my company has some land on c3 and b2 we can rent off.

My company has 22 flag claims, and there are 4 of us, the timer is 17 days for us. I am pretty sure it goes based of claims if you have 50+ claims yes it will be harder to maintain, which is why they are doing it the way they are. to make it hard for people to hold onto a ton of land

oh lord we are out on the ocean i hope we dont go to far back in time.. we had stod keep spawning and surrounding us.. would hate to take more dmg or lose our brig******

Try going to like a or b or any of the other snow biomes. We found a perfect place in B2, and we claimed some land and we will rent some of it out as well. Many people jave claimed land and haven't been back. Just search far away most people don't like the long trips -
We had this happen in ark and we actually contacted the gms,they removed the leader and appointed an admin, maybe start there

The fact about pin locked Doors and Windows is there are a couple Chinese groups on na pve running around with pin code bots unlocking doors. Best bet would be to clear pin code off doors and windows and just use the lock. That way they can't get in. Pin codes still on chests because that's the only way to lock them sadly
