We were out gathering some treasure maps on the PvE official server. E11 -37.01/-40.21 The Damned/Treasure point was inside a cliff face. We climbed on top first and nothing happened, then when to the bottom of the cliff and they spawned and came out of the wall to get us except for one archer who decided he was ok there and spite us for no treasure.

Our company is fine trying which ever in PvE. Only have one request/suggestion: Don't take our flags away Either put them on these banks or let us build flagpoles and allow us to fly our colors in our bases. It would also be nice to add our company flag to the top of our sail masts .

I will say am mixed feelings about it. Frankly given just how early access this game really is I and everyone in my company has expected to see wipes at some point. Especially because of the land issues. So we don't mind if there is. It would be nice to be made aware of it ahead of time if there ever is one. I do agree we still need some fixes to the claim system beforehand as there still is a lot of room for improvement. The last few patches has been some good steps though. As mentioned above it does seem odd that large company seem too massive I also agree that seems a bit much. I will say I was very much looking forward to seeing the dynamic timer last patch actually be more umm dynamic. Our company has 2 land claims (5 flags across 2 servers ). Where the one in the B row is we were very much looking forward to expanding as its barely a rock on the shore that noone wanted. Before the dynamic patch nearly every nearby claim around us was about to be up for taking within 6-10 hrs. Then the patch happened and they all went up to 19 days even though noone is there or been there. Several of those companies even have 20+ land claims according to the flag data which seemed not very dynamic when our 5 flags only got us 20 days of timer when the patch hit. As a result our company usually has to do most our business of ship building/trading/etc in lawless zones since so many claimable islands (at least where we sail) are so empty of people. Yet lawless beaches are covered in shipyards and players we can do business with because the claim system is still a mess. I myself would like to see some real kind of upkeep cost to keep claims going. Perhaps even something as simple like buying claim flags from a freeport after a basic number of starter flags.

everyday we log in we walk over there and try remove those grief foundations inside our claim flag areas mentioned above. It always gives us a menu to interact with it, but when we select demolish but nothing ever happens. Got on today and saw the patch notes: Fixed a bug which prevented players from being able to demolish structures So I was very hopeful that those foundations in our claim would finally be able to removed They still can not be demolished.

NA-PVE In our claim area we started out with the new setting as open building since the majority of the people on our island were friendly enough. On the first day of the new allow-building inside claim we had a passing ship come by and drop 2 foundations inside on of our main metal/stone fields and then sail off. So we toggled it company-only afterwards, Which then the foundation showed a count down timer til they could be demolished. So we waited, and even though it shows demo allowed nothing happens when you try to demo it. We've tried toggling to different setting on our claim flag but nothing changed. So we have 2 random foundations inside our claim area that we can not remove that are stopping resource respawns as well. Similar to that, we live next to a lawless area so newer ships and rafts get dumped on our shore every so often. Every so often one of our folks will go look/inspect a ship thats been sitting there for days and it will flip to our company ownership. But only the ship frame does, none of the panels or sails or any other part of the ship. So the game shows us as owning several other ships that we can't do anything with. It won't even let us scuttle them or sail them; even the rafts.

Our company is on a desert island and to keep as much of our limited resources going we live on the very edge of the beach right above the water. As a result our barn to house tames is on a slope so we used stack foundations [2-3 high ] to build level and to keep crocs from being able to reach under/inside. Numerous times now when we arrive in the area (either logging in, or sailing home) several of our tames 'fall' through the house to a foundation down below the actual floor foundation. We even have a spot with a bit of an overhang and frequently animals fall outside the building if too close to this overhang. I don't know where on the tame it is set for them to 'breath' but to date we have had two tames drown and die...while standing in ankle deep water on the lower foundation. One was a Rhino and the other was a Bull. Neither of them are small tames and should not have drowned. The rhino only half fell so was at a slight angle but it looks like only his front feet fell to the water and he drowned. The Bull was just standing there like nothing was wrong then fell over dead as we were trying to get it to move out.

I will also say the current claim system on PVE is borked. Are base is 2 claims next to each other crammed on the sandbar/beach since everything else is taken everywhere both with very little actual land. Last night we had our Sloop parked there and a shipyard in our 2nd claim where we had just started building a schooner last night. I come in today a Ship of the damned has rolled up onto the beach destroyed the anchored sloop and company log shows they destroyed the Schooner still unfinished in the dock. Then someone came along and took half our base including our shipyard in less than 8 hours while we were a sleep irl. I really enjoy the game overall but until something can be done about claims the complete loss of all our ships and shipyard makes me not want to play on any official servers until something is done.

We've also noticed that resources stopped respawning. Its very barren on our island, as we just finished building a sloop last night, and almost nothing came back in/near our claim today.
