Sometimes your AI crew also get a bit lost and eventually pop up on yohr boat too

Enemy should not count as crew, simple as that because they are enemies not crew! An overweight ship should be unable to move. The reason i say this is because if you wanted you could remove someone from your company and ferry them with massive amounts of resources. This would cause griefers to be unable to sink your boat. AI crew should be able to pickup and remove unwanted players from boats automatically in freeport or attack them if they are not in freeport to stop players being able to get on but not be removed.

Yeah we use a schooner and the crocs can hit all the way to the middle on the top deck, literally whag?? And they swim in circles like maniacs, and no matter what theh never stop attacking, and just when you think its safe they are all over you again, and the agro range on amy carnivore that swims is insane!

Me and my group (4 of us) have no land, we just sail the seas and our boats are our bases. The only time we build any structure on land is for the shipyard alone. After which we put everything in and sail it out after like 10 minutes. So having land isnt exactly a big issue, just finding a big enough spot to slap the boatyard down is. I do agree though that it would be cool if you could rent out your boatyards as this would hopefully help minimkse the clutter of them. There is plenty of space in the sea but my biggest fear is letting the AI try to solo any ship of the damned that decide to show up. Also until players can no longer sink a ship by weighing it down with a sleeping body i think it will be difficult.

I changed the way i was getting internet a d that solved it but now i am out of data. So back to no playing. Hopefjlly next patch fixes it

Check your taming groups, you might be whistling on a non existing taming group and your animals are on another one. This stops ALL your whistles having any affect. My friend had this problem on ark

I think its both, i have noticed if a recipe requires two things that are the same you cannot use the same thing for both. So if you use a different vegetable that isnt a cooking herb then the celery should take over for tbe cooking herb slot.

If your out at sea food rots quicker, i think the timer it shows is just without the extra reduction in time

Which freeport? It might be a good idea to have someone stay on the boat and retract the ladders etc as needed. We usually have someone sit on the boat so we do not get unwanted visitors. But i find it annoying that people cam move when they way twice their carry weight...

Its unfortjnately down to your internet connection. Currently i cannot play if i use my homes wifi/hardline but i can play using my phones... which now has no data so i cannot play!

You cant create one. My friend had this issue, she eventually died and it fixed itself. It didnt happen the first time she died. Was a bit furtber down. Bt everytime she died she had to redo her levels

Btw you can build a smithy below deck on all boats, a sloop can bave a below deck if you use a half wall to lower it, you can also use a half wall and the angled door made from a roof to make a little room as well if you want. I did the former but i babe seen the latter and it actually looked super cool

On the bottom hotbar make sure both sides are selected. Should be purple. Then the next time you try it should work. I had the same thing happe and i shot a poor guy on a raft. Its done so you can choose to open only certain ports, or all of them

Has there been any fix found for this error yet? I have been using my phones hotspot to play since it seems to work with that but not with my normal internet. But I have used all my data now so I cannot play.

Theh only repair when you are anchored, this doesnt apply to freeport. They wont repair in freeport

You do still do damage as far as I have seen, but this also happens for wolves, anything that moves fast seems to be able to do it
