Does anyone know where to find Potato Seeds? I've sailed several tiles to G13 as per an online wiki, but so far I've had no luck. Another article I found said in West Trunda. Can anyone confirm, please?

Before anyone tells me to just spear fish, I know it can be done but I'd like to actually fish. When I was on a freeport I used sap, and it worked fine. But now I'm out of sap and my only sugar item is Syrup. Except it just tells me I'm out of ammo. Sitting on chair, fishing pole in slot 3 and syrup in inventory. The pole itself does specifically say the ammo is "saps", but everyone else tells me any sugar item is supposed to work?
