  1. Another fix that might help with everyone is Check your windows update and I don't meant JUST the windows updater in your settings. Go download Windows Update Assistant. It will let you know if you are missing anything and it'll maybe take awhile to download some stuff. I was stuck on Win10 V1803 not upgraded to v1809 and NOW I don't have to do the go around fix to get on game. If it doesn't fix it for yall I wish you all the best or to keep using the work around listed in previous statements.
  2. To anyone reading this my sister gave me a working solution. It may not benefit all but hope it does. Go to your content file in Atlas folder. Go to movies. Create a file called backup in the movies folder and move both movies into backup. Start the game
  3. After many more attempts to repair computer and network issues. It would appear to me after talking with other people who know what might be going on that this is an optimization issue and seeing as this is Early Access I'm not surprised but....it needs to be seen too. Game timeouts happen when the server isn't responding the inquiry between 30-60 seconds SO something is keeping the connection from working and seeing as my speeds, my router, my network, my computer is up going 100% best I can...Im going to assume a game optimization is needed OR whoever your get your servers from WildGrape is incompetent....all I got to say. Will continue bumping until you start fixing....
  4. Bumping again. I am not going to stop until SOMEONE on the Dev team or Media community ACKNOWLEDGES its customer base and says we are working on it! We paid cash....we deserve the service/goods provided and if we cant have them WE paid for an explanation as to WHY! So anyone someone, Address the issue, acknowledge it exist and tell us your customers something/anything!
  5. I've put in the port forwarding and done DMZ and done everything to open the router up to all sorts of access. Still no good on my side. This is starting to be bull****. We paid money to play/test this game and we cant even do so....3 weeks now since 6.0 and every patch more and more people seem to be getting the issue, but NO response from DEVS or acknowledgement.
  6. WHAT is going on. Since 6.0 I have not been able to log on and its been seen other people are also having the issue. Click rejoin. Game just sits there. Goes to the load screen. Snapshot 16. Timeout. Repeat. Each time takes between 10-30+ minutes. Im not the only person with the issue, and its really obvious this isn't being addressed and it isn't a priority. This is Early Access I get it, but how do people help to test, play, identify problems and bugs if they cant even log in, WHICH is a PROBLEM in itself that isn't being looked at or even acknowledged? As CUSTOMERS you being giving us feedback since you are the creators, the knowledge behind it. Ive tried so many things, I've even bought another 8Gb of RAM to combat the memory usage. No good. Tried every setting change I could think of...so many things done. no solutions Maybe once a week I can get into game, but Im not able to play due to time constraints during weekdays. Low memory works, but the game stutters so bad with it that its unplayable. I shouldn't slideshow on low memory. My wifes computer is roughly the same specs and she can log in. I can not. 3 weeks....3.....weeks is TOTALLY unacceptable. Fix the freezes, fix the leaks, this needs to be priority for your community vs lets see your screenshots of the pretty ships for a contest. If you got the same issues. Keep this at the top. Make it known. Make WildGrape aware of whats going on. Key word of Early Access is....ACCESS
  7. Similar issue. Click rejoin it freezes on loading screen and after 10 trys and 40 minutes I can get in. It seems to have something to do with a memory leak cause a lot of times the computer and game are having time running at the same time and if you can get your task manager up you see the ram spikes really high. Then drops really low and repeats. Something they did keeps breaking people's games. I've been broke since 6.1 so about 2 weeks now.

    Ah well that helps a bit. I got it to work one day last week by updating Windows but then windows broke the sound and I had to roll back windows. Go figure top GPU company out of sorts but it most be only certain models I imagine or brands

  10. Same with the mapbp thing. My wifes on hard line and connect but I'm on wireless adapter and cant connect. Very bad
  11. Also same here. Keep the awareness up. I can play on my wifes computer but not mi e. The file that keeps getting acquired and apparently deleted when I start the game is 128 bytes but I cant find it
