Multipass

Either I spawn way out to sea at the bottom of the ocean, or I spawn in the completely wrong zone, falling through the earth until I die. When I spawn at the bottom of the sea, there's like 3-5 eels or other fish killing me instantly. Basically I think that the LONG and LAT system is bugged and it fails 99/100 to place my character in the correct zone at the correct coordinates, which should be somewhat close to an island, at the surface of the ocean. RIGHT?

Logged off EU PVE shard M7 now I can't reconnect. I had to do some IRL things, and was away for 30 mins or so. During that time the client updated to 7.32 and after that I can't reconnect to EU PVE shard M7. I get the timeout message every time. Been trying for 1 hour or so now. I have also checked all the game files, and nada missing or corrupt. I really don't want to start from scratch again, I just built a nice little house and logged out inside it...
