Damn, I didn't think about people also can do same without accessing inventory. This definitely needs some solution...

I'm still doubting if it's possible as I don't want to try this with someone else's raft. I found one of my alliance's raft had overweighted icon. I saw it was fine before that so I assumed they're in and doing something. After a while, the raft was gone. I checked with guys and they were not in around that time. Now I'm doubting someone did it. As anyone can access to workbench inventory, is it possible to put so much weight and let it damaged by someone else? If so, this should be fixed. By making lock system on any inventory stuff.
