  1. So far we have 4 possible ship options. One of those options being a HUGE jump and none of the ships having any specialized use. Given the current naming, it would be possible to add a few classes of ships in between what we already have access to. Currently we have: Sloop Schooner Brigantine Galleon For a wider range of ships (both cost wise and having some specialty ships) you could add the following ships: (Specialized) Bilander Barque (Specialized) Windjammer (Specialized) Man-o-war What you would have for your new list now would be as such: (Breakdown of newer ships below) Sloop (Unspecialized, wartime/merchant ship) **Unchanged from current** Schooner (Unspecialized, wartime/merchant ship) **Unchanged from current** Bilander (Specialized merchant vessel) Brigantine (Unspecialized, wartime/merchant ship) **Unchanged from current** Barque (Unspecialized, wartime/merchant ship) Galleon (Unspecialized, wartime/merchant ship) **Unchanged from current** Windjammer (Specialized merchant vessel) Man-O-War (Specialized Wartime vessel) To break down the new ships a littler further we'll look at base stats and current costs: (Max gunports combined for both broadsides) Sloop: Base Stats: Weight: 3300 Crew: 3 Sail Units: 2.0 Decks: 1 Schooner: Base Stats: Max 10 gunports (28 planks total) Weight: 9000 Crew: 14 Sail Units: 4.0 Decks: 2 Bilander (Specialized Small merchant vessel): Medium Planks Base Stats: Max 8 Gunports (36 planks total) Weight: 17500 +300 Crew: 16 Sail Units: 6.5 Decks: 2 Brigantine: Base Stats: Max 12 Gunports (40 planks total) Weight: 15000 +200 Crew: 16 Sail Units: 8.6 Decks: 3 Barque: Large Planks Base Stats: Max 32 Gunports (54 Planks total) Weight:22000 +250 Crew: 38 Sail Units: 14 Decks: 5 Galleon: Base Stats: Max 52 Gunports (74 Planks Total) Weight: 30000 +300 Crew: 59 Sail Units: Decks: 6 Windjammer (Specialized Large merchant vessel): Large Planks (giant shipyard) Base Stats: Max 20 Gunports (86 Planks Total) Weight: 55000 +500 Crew: 29 Sail Units: 22 Decks: 5 Man-O-War (Specialized wartime vessel): Large Planks (giant shipyard) Base Stats: Max 102 Gunports (138 Planks Total) Weight: 45000+400 Crew: 112 Sail Units: 25 Decks: 7 This in our crews opinion, would add to the diversity of ships as your traverse through atlas, giving a more immersive feeling of the game.
  2. So, me and my crewmates have had this happen several times now. If you logout on your ship, and someone else begins to travel, you will log back in in the water at the first point (in most cases) that they changed grids. example, right now i am on the far western side of F13. Last night i logged out on our ship in E13 after getting a map. One of my crewmates started moving our ship to the kraken prep island, he is now in the far east side of F12 yet i am in the far west side of F13. this is EU PVE.
  3. Me and my crewmate were sailing to E13 to get a treasure map. When we got close to the grid line i proceeded to start switching to my fur armor. As i switching to my fur armor we crossed grid, while attempting to load into E13 from F13 my game crashed (i had a feeling this would happen as i was equiping different gear when we crossed). I can now not reconnect, the game reacts like the video shows. This is in EU PVE
  4. I was making spicy rolls on our ship, i had 3 stacks of rice (100 per stack) of rice and 51 turmeric and about 300+ of each other item. i was able to queue up 17 spicy rolls, however i noticed it was using 30 rice per roll. i attempted to recreate this after i noticed it and was unable to.
  5. welp doesnt matter now cause our galleon was magically sunk so GG grapeshot, wonderful job......
  6. Seriously? nothing? i guess our galleon is just lost in the abyss of a buggy game that gets things added in such large numbers that things get broken faster than they are fixed?
  7. So, we were headed to O14 from N14 as we heard it is where the fountain is still. as we approached the grid line from N14 to O14 it was red and went blue. we waiting a solid 30 seconds before crossing and then proceeded to cross. WHILE we were crossing the grid line went red and our ship bugged out. when we finally got into O14 my crewmate was on the ocean floor on one of our bears (we have found sitting on a mount is the safest way to protect them during crossing, but that appears to be wrong). while we were in O14 the ping magically fixed and we rallied up. upon trying to put the bear on the ship, it proceed to float off into space (ya this is the 3rd mount we have lost this way) anywho, we figure "hey lets cross while we can still see the bear and maybe he'll be in the water and we can retrieve it". ya that didnt work out. upon hitting the grid line we recieved the following and have been getting it since we have tried crossing back to N14, we CANNOT get back on our ship. SO to sum it up. 3 bug (2 of which i KNOW have been reported previously). Mounts disappear on cross, seems they go to the ocean floor, whole lot of good they do down there. Mounts floating into space (i guess they want to be like Laika......) and now for us and im sure other people this "traveling to another server rejoin later" crap. this is NA PVE by the way, i know the devs dont give a shit about us PVEers but we are a good chunk of your player base, not that you care if we quit cause we already paid you but some attention would be nice.
  8. might be small but nothing you can do when you're on a rhino stuck on nothing then it gets stuck inside of the rhino. all you can do is watch it die......
  9. We've noticed it before but just now actually lost a good amount of work from it. Alpha horses for whatever reason (even tho they are non-aggressive non alpha) if they walk close enough to you they immediately start attacking, regardless of if provoked or not. we just lost a Rhino that we lost an Elephant to after the rhino randomly got stock in a tree or rock or something and the horse just casually walked close and once it was close enough it attacked and killed the rhino (was not attacked or hit in any way shape or form) Edit: this happened in NA PVE in grid J13
  10. the undead spawn in the mountain and walk out? just like post says? ltr? they spawn where you dig. not to mention shovel cant dig in stone
  11. we've been treasure hunting all day, decide to head a little further than normal for a Fine map worth nearly 500. get to the point, and the AotD spawn in the mountain and come out of the wall. we kill them and have absolutely no way to even reach the dig location.
  12. We're finishing up our Brig and outfitting it with large cannons and i was taking a break in the watch tower with my spyglass. anyone seen this effect before and ventured near it? any clue what it might be? Edit: tried looking at it through the sextant as well now and it doesn't show up so its specific to the spyglass
  13. we spent 2 days sailing, been over gridlines 40 times between traveling from J13, to M9 to N13 and N11 and never once had this happen. so its minimal but really? some kind of warning that theres one immediately on the gridline would be nice. or despawn them when someone loads in right on top of them.
  14. literally spawned INSIDE of a ghost ship as we switch from M10 to L10. FUCKING WONDERFUL. No ammo left. can we keep ghosts away from grid lines or if you're going to put them on gridlines show them regardless of what side they are on. thats absolute horseshit.
  15. waited a little bit while i looked through the forums and just logged back in and it was fine phew.
