  1. There is no way to circumvent PIN codes using Piracy Tree. Piracy Tree allows you to LOOK into a chest to see it's contents, but does not remove any auth/locks. Pirate still has to guess the PIN or Destroy it. What this sounds like is either a bug OR a player used a key generator to run through every combination possible to unlock it.
  2. So, what I've noticed, is groups of 2 to 10 wanting to claim for themselves. When they role up to an island, they refuse to integrate into one of the existing groups and just want a claim for themselves....I'm sorry, but that is unrealistic. No one is going to trust lone wolves doing their own thing in their backyard. Either accept the offer to integrate, or continue riding your raft to the next island.
  3. Even when everything was 1 point, I felt like I had to make some hard choices on what I wanted to spend on...after patch, feel so gimped at level 43
  4. Do you have the ability to mute people in game? Haven't messed with voice options.
  5. This sounds like a great start for an anti-whale tribe.
  6. I don't disagree with you. Am really curious how they respond in the next few patches.
  7. That's the funny part for me. Under the pre-nerfed skill system(before 7.0), I felt like I was making difficult decisions on where to put my points. Like I had to make trade offs, if I do this, then I accept that maybe not that. Now...now it feels like I am not getting anything for my trade. To spec a tree, you left with no wiggle room. To give you an idea, my character is bugged out. He was not forced to respec. At level 43, he shows -270 skill points (because he still has all the skills from before 7.0). Think about that. I felt like I was having to make trade offs with that build, that I had to limit myself from certain combat options (not EVEN talking about even touching any crafting skills, PURELY combaty builds) and that puts me at -270 skill points...so if I started a new character, to get to that trade off state where I felt I was limiting myself into a few narrow combat roles, I would not be able to, because there would be a 270 skill point deficit to get me back to that place where I agonized over what skills to choose...... Care to expand upon this? Are you saying Blue Prints allow you to craft without having corresponding crafting skill? IE, you can find a Cutlass Blue Print, 'learn it' with no Skill Point cost, and then be able to craft it, all without investing in any crafting skill related to metallurgy and making weapons?
  8. +1 to the "revert the skill point" change. If you have to be THAT hyper focused on a specific thing, it kind of kills any interest in the game. As it was, under the old skill point system, given the HUGE amount of skills, I felt like I was making trade offs....now, forget about it....
  9. So, I actually created a forum account just to +1 and support a roll back of this change. With the depth of skills, the old 1 point per skill was sufficient. No one can be a do it all, yet they could at least do SOMETHING other than one verrrryyyy narrow thing.
